Me when I’m in a relationship in twelve years and suddenly my teenage vent blog on tumblr appears and she breaks up with me bc of it bc that’s totally a thing that’s definitely gonna happen and I’m definitely gonna be the same person for the rest of my life and I’m not allowed to express emotions ever:

the more I think abt this ask the more stupid it becomes. The posts this ask was based off of was about an incredibly toxic relationship. Liek I’m really fucking happy I’m out of it. I’m trying my best not to blame myself and relish in the fact I’m getting better. And then I get a fucking ask liek that. It’s dumb but hits my deepest insecurity. There is no statistics let alone proper reasoning to it. Unless you’re an irl (which I highly doubt you are) you have no idea what that relationship was like, who I actually am, how I actually treat the ones I love. I’ve said in the into that I worry abt a lot of shit that doesn’t matter. This is it. First world problems that I shouldn’t even complain about. I gotta put my foot down on this one bc it’s just dumb. You are genuinely stupid. I left a toxic relationship, heaven forbid I’m proud of that. Heaven forbid I get better.
