Sarah Williams will be a guest at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2016!  In anime, she voiced Nonon Jakuzure from Kill La Kill, Lisbeth from Sword Art Online, Sayaka Miki from Madoka Magica, Karin Miyoshi from Yuki Yuna is a Hero, and Satsuki from Your Lie in April. Her video game roles include Peacock from Skullgirls, Uni from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Shallotte Elminus from Atelier Shallie, and Jinx the Loose Cannon from League of Legends.

Japanese band GARNiDELiA is coming to AWA 2016!

GARNiDELiA is a music unit composed of MARiA, a female vocalist and toku, a music composer.

Their major debut as GARNiDELiA occurred in 2014, with their single “ambiguous”- used in the opening of Studio Trigger’s “Kill La Kill”.

In July 2014, their second single “grilletto” was for “The irregular at magic high school”, in October, “BLAZING” was for “Reconguista in G”, both songs were used as a theme song for those anime titles.

Right after releasing their 1st album “Linkage Ring”, including all the smash-hit anime tie-in songs, they released their latest single “MIRAI”, released in May and can be heard as the theme song for“Gunslinger Stratos”.

Meet them this September 29 - October 2!

Joe Inoue is coming to AWA!

Joe Inoue made his debut with his first E.P., “IN A WAY” in 2007.Since then, he has released four singles and two albums. He is best known for “CLOSER”, which was used as the opening theme for one the most popular anime in the world, “NARUTO”. I keep seeing all these Pokemon variations and I just wanted to take a stab at it with my favorite ; w ; Ok back to sleep, double ear infection still going strong…

It would be pretty awesome if Pokemon Go had some way we could come up with our own Pokemon variations too, these are so cute!

This year’s animeweekendatlanta was very special for me. You see, I met misfitmachine during this wonderful con. If you’re not already aware, misfitmachine and I have been dating online for around 5 years now. From the minute I stepped into the con, I was met with a tacklehug that sent me down, the likes of which was so full of love that I didn’t even mind it in the slightest. 

We proceeded then, to smile at each other for minutes on end, shop around together, hold hands, share food, and various other gushy romantic exploits.

Needless to say, when all was said and done, it was difficult to say bye. But the good news is, we shall return next year with more romancey antics to be had, and we anxiously await being able to do so. Thank you, AWA, for being able to bring together two nerds who’ve been wanting desperately to meet for so, so long. We appreciate the fun you gave us, and the unforgettable moments you allowed us to share. We’ll be back.

I HAVE A FIANCE

yesterday at AWA my boyfriend and i were cosplaying sona and male!ashe from leg of legs because that’s our bot lane setup. he got down on one knee and since i didn’t want a ring, he presented me with a bouquet of plush kittens and gave me the speech varrick gave zhu li. we aren’t going to get married for a while, but we are going to. cosplay pics from the con soon.
