What you do in private, shows in public. Reading shows in a conversation. Your diet shows in energy. Your discipline shows in confidence. Your focus shows in your results. You are what you cultivate when no one is watching. Prioritize your time & focus on discipline/consistency.
i really hope i get fall in love and get married when i'm older. there's nothing i want more than for someone to love me.
people who are in their 20 or 30s complaining about âkids these daysâ is super funny to me, like i saw someone complaining about how kids at some pool were playing marco polo but with âhashtagâ âyoloâ and if thatâs not funny to you then what the hell sucked the joy out of your life
imagine if i did my work. if i sat down and Did it. and it was Done. can you even imagine such a thing

The trick is to be more curious than you're scared.
I believe that creating a Sunday reset routine is one of those small habits that makes the whole upcoming week feel smoother, less cluttered, and makes me feel like any mishaps that took place the week prior have been properly scrubbed away and Iâm starting fresh with a clean slate in all areas. Itâs not really about squeezing in a hundred tasks but more so about giving yourself space to breathe, reset, and have a few wins accumulated even before the real weekday work gets done, which helps with getting the ball rolling to keep the productivity flowing. Not every thing needs to be reset every Sunday, but picking some and intentionally giving it your time makes a huge difference.
Start by choosing a few tasks that help you feel organized. This might be tidying your space, refreshing your planners, doing laundry, or prepping some easy meals or snacks. Ideally it will be things that arenât too time consuming or strenuous, but doing them has a huge payoff. You wake up Monday with fewer âugh, I forgotâ moments and more space to breathe. Pair those tasks with something soothing, like lighting a candle, turning on soft music, opening the windows, or making your favorite warm drink. The goal is to make it feel like an enjoyable reset for your benefit, not a list of chores youâve been saddled with.
Then, add in something that nourishes you on a deeper level and is attuned to your personal preferences. By that I mean your Sunday reset doesnât have to look like mine or like that tiktok girl who owns an entire Sephora in her bathroom. It just needs to help you feel aligned, calm, and ready. Thereâs no arbitrary list of self care things you must do just because the products exist and claim to be relaxing according to the girl who makes a commission from it. A long shower, a slow stretch session, a short skincare power up, a designated time block to catch up on shows or movies, or even quiet time with a book can be the difference between starting the week drained or fully recharged. Treat Sunday as an opportunity to release last weeks junk and set this week up for success, not just the unfortunate end of the weekend. Youâll give your future self the gift of a week that feels lighter, clearer, and more intentional from the very first step.
Im just trying to be on top of self improvement, have a self-care routine, go back to school, wear cute clothes, go on fun dates, look good in pictures, have a glamorous job, a cosy house, a bunch of cool friends, shinye bouncy hair, an adorable button nose, a kind demeanor, a
really just want to live a quiet life with quiet, genuine, humble people. not interested in loud people or dramatic situations. just want peace, and the sun, and tenderness, and warmth.
