So...
Tumblr has decided my page both exists and does not all at the same time. I know that this issue has happened to other people on the site and thought, perhaps, they might fix it. They haven’t. So, I am moving pages so I can interact with my friends the way I would like to and the way I need to as well.
This may cause some other things tied to this account to move as well so if you get friended by a look-alike page... It’s me. Not a poser. Not a creeper... just me.
I’m sorry if this is annoying to anyone but I really do not know what else to do. And believe me when I say it's way more annoying for me to have to do this.
Please, be patient while I shuffle things around.
Thanks,
Anna

For Charlie
It’d been a long day. No, Anna thought to herself, it’s been a long December, and it had been. There was no real sugar coating it. Nutcracker season had beaten her and her emotions were running away with it. It didn’t help that the high that had been November wasn’t anywhere to be seen. Charlie and her weren’t on the same wavelength and it made the ring on her finger feel heavier. A little voice ringing faintly in the back of her head that she wasn’t really worthy of it if they weren’t ok. And she couldn’t say if they were but what she could say was something felt broken and she didn’t know what to do with that.

Charlie spent the majority of his day in meetings he didn’t want to be in; discussing matters he didn’t fully have answers to. It was hard to convince others of an idea when you weren’t certain of the direction yourself, but that was the situation Anna’s stunt had put him in.

The seconds ticked away while Anna watched him after she’d spoken. His body language was tense and her intuition told her that he didn’t really want to do this any more than she did. Yet, the wake of silence felt like a cut, intentional or not, she felt it, and as it lingered she watched words flash behind his dark eyes that he didn’t say out loud that spurred flames in her that she was happy to find were still there. Fight was good. She wasn’t so far gone after all.

Charlie didn’t know whether to laugh or shake his head in severe disappointment at her choice of words. Three years of being together and she still didn’t get it. All that ‘talking’ and ‘sharing’, but she still didn’t see it. It was almost laughable; that is, if it wasn’t so frustrating.

Never had words cut her so deeply. She stood in the wake of his feelings about her in that moment and couldn’t help but feel like she was suddenly going to drown in them. Every part of her wanted to just fall to the ground and sob but she held the ugly cry in as best she could even as he turned away from her to finish what he said. Anna couldn’t say what hurt worse: what he had to say or the fact he couldn’t even look at her while he said them.

Anna’s reaction was pretty on par to what he’d expected, and subsequently wanted to avoid. Though he hadn’t been particularly gentle about airing his anger, he’d been gentle in the past when he’d tried to broach this subject, but in the end nothing ever seemed to change.

The flood gates now open Anna felt her body shake with the tears that stemmed from a guilt that she knew he was right. Even if she had a compelling argument for the actions she’d taken over the last few months they were moot, if only because it didn’t go towards his main argument: that she’d ignored his feelings. Instead, they were only excuses and explanation of her choices that at the end of the path showed only that he was right so they crumbled to ash before they could escape.
