"Shifting is guaranteed, shifting is inevitable" is my favorite affirmation. Like, YES. I didn’t shift last night? That’s okay, because shifting is inevitable and I’ll do it anyway.
Read this at least 3 times and make sure it sticks
It is already done. I am the god of my reality. I am the operant power. I do not rely on the external for validation. I know that imagination is the true reality. I can change things in an instant. Nothing is above me. I have all the power. I am limitless. I can do the impossible. Nothing is out of my reach. I deserve to have everything I want.
Read daily to remind yourself who is truly in charge, 'your intrusive thoughts or your awareness' all you need to do is decide and when you decide which one you are, stay in that state of mind.
Now that I think abt it, people who induce pure consciousness on the daily do NOT overcomplicate it bc it's not some magic it's just ... Pure consciousness. In their mind it's nothing but that. I've been watching a few videos about transcendental meditation and god, woah, and then I did tm on my own (yeah I don't have a teacher duh) and I kept zoning out while just repeating "I am" as mantra, because I resonate with it the most. I made sure to keep pure consciousness out of my mind and not put it on pedestal it's nothing,and I just thought of going deeper and deeper while repeating I am, at one point it felt like someone was closing my ears. void can't exist without me, obviously, so why am I overcomplicating something so simple? I'm starting to understand that I don't NEED it at all, it needs me geez I'm literally god.
The only reason why I couldn't induce pure consciousness before is because it was constantly on my mind while I was attempting I just kept thinking "am i there yet?" And other dumb shit, the most important thing is to just forget about it, forget about inducing void. Like at all. BECAUSE YOU ARE PURE CONSCIOUSNESS. That way your mind will be completely relaxed and not being annoying. Just pretend you're already there, there's no way you can't induce void, you ARE pure consciousness. Duhhh.
Think of inducing pure consciousness, as a simple thing that u do daily, like, meditation, or working out, you just do these things instead of thinking "wait- am i working out???" "Am I meditating???" No, you just do it, think of pure consciousness like that too, that you induce it daily, easy. It's not something so special. It's just pure consciousness.
put the void off the pedestal and start viewing it as simple meditation or something.

i want to add something that broke my brain a little when it clicked.
try to find the one who is reading this right now.
not your name. not your face. not your memories or your personality. those are things about you. i'm asking — who is the one noticing all of that? who is aware that you're even reading these words right now?
you can lose your name. you can lose your memories. you can lose your body. but you cannot lose the one who is aware. that one — that silent witness behind every thought — that is what you actually are.
everything else — your job, your looks, your story, even your personality — is something consciousness is wearing. like a costume. you've been so focused on the costume you forgot there's someone inside it.
the moment you stop trying to find yourself in things outside you and just sit with the one who is aware — that's the moment consciousness stops being a concept and starts being your actual lived experience. 🫧
One day you'll wake up in your DR and think "that was it? that was the big wall?" And you'll laugh. Because the wall was made of paper. You just had to walk through.
nothing. absolutely nothing can stop you from shifting and I genuinely mean that.
you can shift if you’re not feeling motivated. if you’re struggling to visualize. if your mind goes blank. if you say one affirmation. if you say zero affirmations. if you switch something mid method. if you listen to music. if you listen to asmr. if you listen to anything. if you don’t do anything at all. if you fall asleep. if you’re still awake after your method. if you’re still awake after your guided meditation. if you don’t fall asleep for a while. if you move your body. if your surroundings are loud. if you’re in a room with other people. if you don’t feel anything. if you roll over. if your mind wanders. if you’re frustrated. if you’re scared. if you’re impatient. if you have negative thoughts. if you have doubts. if you’re overthinking. if you’re wavering. if you don’t believe in yourself. if you’re in waiting mode. if you try every day without breaks. if you have plans in your cr. if you romanticize your reality. if you’ve never shifted before. if you’ve shifted but feel like you can’t do it again. if you feel like you’re doing something wrong. if you don’t feel connected to your reality. if you don’t remember your script. if you feel anything.
