also never thought I would share pics, but im feeling kinda good today, so here are my favourite body parts on me by far✨🫶🏻
also im on this diet and i am consistently losing about 0,2kg (about 0,5lbs) a day, people around me noticed change in just three weeks and im super close to hitting my goal weight. should i make a post with just overall tips that worked for me?
(i also used to binge daily and so far i didnt binge in almost 3 weeks in large part because of the structure of my diet)
so i weighed myself sooner than i planned to but im literally 3,2kgs (about 7 lbs) from my goal weight?? and its not just water weight i lost because clothes are starting to look small on me again 🥹 now im walking a lot every day to get rid of that annoying thigh and midsection weight, but im just sooo close, its euphoric🌺

Guys I’m literally about 4 kg away from my goal weight, I actually can’t believe how fast this is going I’m so happy :,). Plus I also didn’t binge in over a week! Hasn’t happened in suuch a long time. Honestly the feeling of accomplishment is so much more rewarding than any short term happiness food would have brought.

Y’all please block, don’t report. This is my safe space. It’s like my diary. If you don’t have an ED, don’t interact. If you’re under 16, don’t interact. I am pro recovery for everyone, but I’m not at the point yet where I can recover. You’re all beautiful and amazing people.
EDs are incredibly isolating. I don’t post to make people feel worse; I post so that people know they’re not alone. I post so that we can commiserate. This community, while definitely destructive, has saved many people. Please don’t take it away from us. For a brief moment I thought my account was banned and in that moment I felt a cold fear consume my body and soul. Let us be. We know what we’re doing, we know the risks. We need the community and the connection to survive. Banning our accounts makes it so much worse.

🌱tips my physiotherapist gave me to improve posture (good posture takes energy = more calories burned!):🌱
when sitting for long periods of time make sure to get up at least once every 30 minutes for at least 5 minutes - you can stretch or just get a glass of water/ go to the bathroom
Make sure youre not slouching by using lumbar support (you can buy one or use a rolled up towel or blanket and place it behind your lower back for support)
Go for a walk but make sure you’re consciously keeping good posture by standing tall and look straight ahead instead of at the ground
Walking at a quick pace forces you to use more muscles
Remember that exercises are always good and beneficial, but you have to think about the other 15 hours of the day to see results!

🌿if you want to burn more fat in your sleep, try this drink:🌿
Glass of warm water
Chamomile tea
Half a lemon
Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
if the taste is too icky for you, you can try having a small block of cheese with it (apparently it neutralises the flavours nicely and cheese doesn’t spike your blood sugar so you won’t gain weight from one little piece)

if i lose weight and someone asks me how i did it, there is no way in hell i will actually tell them. idk why but i want this struggle to seem effortless. saying “oh i just didn’t have that much sugar, ate more veggies and worked out during the day” sounds better than “i fasted a few times a week, stopped eating sugar and carbs, woke up an hour early to workout on an empty stomach, drank apple cider vinegar instead of eating, did omad and walked even in horrendous weather to get steps in” you know?
