my sister (43 kg) didn’t take breakfast to school yesterday: the teacher threatened her that he would send her to a psychologist, and our mother prepared her a huge breakfast to school and the teacher would probably watch over her eating

I feel like once you’re aware of the obesity epidemic it’s so hard to look past. I was walking home today and just seeing the amount of people who were not just overweight but very clearly obese and morbidly obese, and knowing that this is now normal in our Western culture, is really disturbing and saddening.
