With a flick of his wrist, a card twirls over his fingers from the edge of a billowing sleeve. A six of spades, lying open faced over the back of the magician's knuckles in clear display.

Behind the soot-faced, ashen eyed feline mask, eyelids flutter faintly as an arrow of abyssal light blooms from each spade mark, shooting into the air before dissolving into streaks.

" Is that magic enough for you? "

*focuses a bright light on Marvin* Alright cat boy, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Would you say you like churches!?

He blinks faintly. What? Pupils adjusting to the bright light, he sighs.

" I'm indifferent."
