I can’t recommend you enough “The Craving in Between” by @love-in-mind-palace. It’s A M A Z I N G. Sherlock is a wedding planner and..guess who is about to get married?
also by her I recommend, “Vows Made in Wine”, a handmaiden AU fic, Gripping, great twists, very tender.
One of my all time favourite is “Riptide Lover” by Jinglebell. A beautiful merlock. It lacks the epilogue though, but it is pretty conclusive by itself
“This Man’s Heart” by Ellie_hell, a new take, very sweet, on the Beauty and the Beast trope
“Song of a Dauntless Knight” by antietamfalls Medieval times, Sherlock is a prince, John his knight.. do I have to say more?
“Spare Change” by Ermerness Filthy rich Sherlock, the poshest version of him you could imagine.
“A Study in Movement” by @iamsupernova12 very cute balletlock. John is an art student, Sherlock a ballet dancer.
“To Poisons and Their Antidotes” by thegirlinthedeathfrisbee very beautiful, angsty unlock. I love love love the first meeting in this one
“The Progress of Sherlock Holmes” by @ivyblossom maybe my absolute favourite among the fandom classics. Frankly a masterpiece
“Bridging the Ravine” and “The Wisteria Tree” by @silentauroriamthereal I don’t think she needs recommendations by me XD but omg read at least these two please! They’re amazing (quite funny fake relationship trope the first and disarmingly sweet amnesia fic the second)
“The Sweetness Makes the Smoke and Stings Worthwhile” by @221b-carefulwhatyouwishfor a gorgeous 1920!lock, reminiscent of Brideshead Revisited, god help I love this fic.
“At First He Is a Boy” by @anonymous-plume Ancient Greece setting, Hellenistic age, friends to lovers. It starts when they are kids. Simply adorable and exciting and well researched..and I mean, did I mention it is set in Ancient Greece??? be still my nerdy heart
“The First Day of Forever” by @watsonshoneybee Oh. My. God. This fic is pure, undiluted fluff. Seriously, it will kill you. The perfect pick me up, works every time. Weddinglock.
