i saw an old post about this and i need to talk about it post-tfg

no one ever chooses grayson.

grayson put his heart and soul into the foundation; skye said he’s perfect and dutiful and everything an heir should be. but his grandfather didn’t choose him. his brothers didn’t choose him. xander does his own thing and nash isn’t around. jameson certainly did not choose him. he puts himself before everything. he wants avery so he’s willing to make it all a game where gray (and him) will get hurt just bc he wants avery. emily didn’t choose him either; jameson had broken up her. and last but not least, avery didn’t choose him. he put her before his family, he kicked his mom out of the house to keep avery safe. he trusted her even when he knew she could’ve lied. he was vulnerable with her. he wanted her to be happy so he let her go. and she didn’t choose him; no one ever chooses him.

he puts everyone before himself; his family, avery, everyone. but no one ever puts him before things.
