so in my French class the other day we were practicing Valentine’s Day vocab words and we had a list of French phrases and expressions to practice off of. so we were writing sentences with the vocab words or whatever and one of my sentences was “baise-moi” which I thought meant “kiss me.” my teacher took a look at it, laughed, and then didn’t say anything else. it wasn’t until I checked Google translate later that I had actually said “fuck me.”

So I watched Deadpool last night and this commercial for my regional trains and buses came on. For the first time I wasn’t embarrassed by local advertisement because it was great to watch on a big movie screen.
