Happy one year anniversary to Superman 2025 🩵🩵🩵

This movie came into my life at a very complicated moment and gave me back hope and joy, and for that, im truly grateful.

Ive always been a batman and a DC girl, and my dad has been a superman fan since forever. And i was familiar with the comics, the origin and all the characters, but it just never clicked for me until this movie came out. I wasnt aware how badly i needed something like superheroes to cheer me up. Theyre my safe place. :) Now im so locked in its insane. My mind is superman, the house of El and clois 24/7 (im an obsessive libra, after all).

Rewatched 9x16 'Escape'

As a Supernatural fan i love this kind of twisted and dark episodes. But Id preferred certain things not to happen at certain moments OFC. (MY EYE IS TWITCHING JUST THINKING ABOUT IT).

Poor clarkie now hes got all his powers under control, he cant even use them💔

This ep tests clark and lois patience. Starting with no rooms avaliable...

'I fixed the pipe' - *puppy eyes*. Tell me im a good boy and kiss me. 'Clark kent... My hero' - you can hear his tail wag.

'I figured lois wanted to come here' - omg this scene its so hard to watch but hes so proud of making his wife's wishes come true 🤲 (ignore the fact she wasnt aware).

Clark and ollie are so funny together i was cracking up w the hero-dutty updates lol.

Things were about to happen in that shower but once again... Nada.

HM to 1) Clark singing in the shower about lois. Probably one of the greatest things ever.

2) Lois and her cosplays, shes just the best.

Last scene was everything!! Clark had the hardest time in this episode (no pun intended), i feel so sorry for him. And he still keeps the positivity up 'it couldve been worse'. - he was so happy to spend the weekend w lois, it doesnt matter she was posessed by a banshee and tried to k1ll him.

My man was so ready to broke that kitchen counter but got cxckblocked again :'))

The way he teases her, taking the phone from her back pocket. 'Just pretend im not here' - meanwhile ill stare at you like this thinking thoughts.

'I'll just have to get used to sharing you with the world.' - a lil reminder that hes booked and busy 24/7 w superhero stuff but HE JUST WANTS TO EAT LOIS SO BAD... We'll get there, stay strong. (And fvck you, zod).

Rewatched 9x14 'Persuasion'

This is a funny episode but it also carries some deep meaning related to Lois fears of not fitting into the 'traditional' role of a housewife.

First scene is just clark surrendering completely to lois wishes, hes exactly where he wants to be.

'History has proven that if i embrace V-day in any romantic way at all... it always ends in a disaster.' - clarks reaction being like 'crimson memories, wasnt that bad.'

Lois is driven away by her fears of not belonging due to the way her father raised her, kinda sad :') she just wants an easy life and to be loved. 

Clark saying 'you are home' OMG IMMA K1LL MYSELF. Hes also revealing for the first time that what he and lois have is for real, especially since he had just told the street vendor that they dont use the terms 'boyfriend' or 'girlfriend'. And it is in this exact moment w lois having a mental breakdown, that clark decides to drop huge words like 'home' and 'forever', marking the first time he truly believes (or really wants to believe) in it.

'Do you mean it?'

'I do.'

After that lois just went bananas, its so funny! The whole scene w the wedding dress, the calls... Amazing.

But back to whats important:

'I guess its easier to complain about valentines day than it is to give it a shot.' - do you see that face?? Clarks looking miserable bc his wife doesnt want to celebrate vday w him omg !!!

Thank god lois is also learning how to be in a mature and serious relationship and accepts that she has to trust that what they have 'is something more.'

I found the last screenshots hilarious like she refuses to accept she did/said all that stuff while under the influence. Nah, its always easier to blame the hopeless romantic hubby. Well done :)

The way he looks at her!!!!! How he smiles saying theyre together!!! Saying his dream is just doing this silly thing with her bc she likes it!!! Thats it.

Lois said she was worried there wasnt any poetry in clark, so he decided to prove her wrong for the rest of their lives, exactly.
