Setting this up as my pinned post just to have some general information for anybody who looks at my page!

I’m an artist and sometimes writer, and this account is focused on DC comics. Specifically Batman and his family and other related characters.

I love exploring Bruce as a father and his love for his children, but I DO see him as a flawed person and see the damage he has done to his children. I enjoy working through those problems and feelings. Much of my personal thoughts might be seen as OOC or fanon to people, but I personally do not care. This is a fandom that is older than 99% of people alive today, with more inconsistencies than most medias to exist. I pick the aspects of canon that I love, and I explore them in my own way.

My favourite characters to discuss and make art about are Damian and Jason, but I’m slowly reading through more and more comics and expanding my knowledge on other characters.

The main ships I enjoy are Jayroy, Damijon, and superbat. I am a multishipper, and if I do not enjoy a ship I simply will not interact with it. I don’t care what other people ship, it doesn’t bother me. When it comes to nsfw, I have no negative feelings about top/bottom preferences.

My art can be found in the “#my art” tag, and I’ll probably start posting fics here eventually under the “#my fics” tag. I also occasionally post headcanons and thoughts under “#rambles”

I’ve been in fandom in different ways for fifteen years, and I don’t care to engage in fandom discourse. I’m just here to have fun and explore characters I think are interesting.

Tbh I genuinely love rebirth superbat bc of like. The problems they’re clearly having. Like “oh my version of you died and you’re still him but you’re also not, and I don’t quite know where we stand. Things get better after our kids become friends and we realize just how similar things can be between us, but there’s still that small rift”. I really really love it. That constant tension they have in the early years of Jon’s life is so important to me and I love reading those comics where jon clearly doesn’t like. *get it* and what’s going on with them. Rebirth superfam and Batfam is so important to me
