January- May 2023 Reflection:
Looking back, how would you describe the first half of 2023?
What are your highlights of the first half of 2023? What goals, milestones, or accomplishments have you achieved in the past 6 months?
What failures or ruts have you encountered in the first half of 2023? How have you coped with these lows? What mindset shifts, habits or routine changes have you/are you implementing to get back on track?
What goals did you set for yourself at the beginning of 2023? What happened with your progress? Which goals did you pursue and which did you abandon? What happened with the goals in each category? Why or why not did you choose to continue pursuing each of these goals?
What have your routines/daily lifestyle habits looked like for the first half of 2023? What improvements or downgrades have you made? What aspects of these routines do you like or dislike? What needs to stay the same and what needs to change?
June- December 2023 Goals & Reset:
On January 1, 2024, what would you have accomplished between then and now to consider these next 6 months to be a successful half-year?
How would you describe your ideal self going into 2024? What habits, routines, ways of working, socializing, dressing, interacting with others, and self-care activities does this person incorporate into their lifestyle?
What goals do you have for the second half of 2023? Describe these goals in the most descriptive and specific ways possible in each area of life. What habits or routines do you need to implement to achieve these goals? Don't be afraid to think outside the box for creative or unconventional solutions.
What challenges do you anticipate having to face over the next 6 months? What specific actions or routines can you implement to minimize the impact or consequences of these obstacles?
What have your experiences throughout the first half of 2023 taught you about yourself? How can you leverage these self-discoveries to work towards becoming closer to embodying your ideal self? What habits, people, products, routines, or self-talk practices do you need to add or remove from your life to make these lifestyle changes possible for you?
