Does anyone else feel like Armand losing his eye possibly has something to do with Maharet?? I've seen a bunch of people say that Armand most likely has his eye damaged/lost in the battle against Akasha as if Maharet doesn't canonically get both of her eyes stolen by Akasha in the books and has to replace her eyes with the eyes of her victims...I feel like their HAS to be a connection. I'm so so curious about how they will start to wrap some of the even more Ancient vamps into the story.
