There comes a moment when your perspective must evolve to keep up with your reality. There comes a point where any shred of doubt must stop. We all know the law of gravity as our reality. You must know manifestation and quantum reality as laws to your reality. This will allow you to evolve to states unimaginable.
What’s your subconscious like?
On the metaphysical subconscious
Ever wonder what your subconscious is like? Well here we go! Your subconscious is like a computer that stores every experience you have ever had. It’s through here that these experiences become referenced regularly to make new decisions, and connections. The thing is… people barely ever defragment, delete, or upgrade internal components to their hardware. This can lead to subconscious patterns that you just can’t get rid of, thoughts that perpetually haunt us, and ways of living that limit our authentic selves. Your subconscious is always aware of everything that goes on within the subconscious, and conscious states. The conscious portion of yourself does have reverse access to the subconscious, but it is not easy. Your subconscious has a vested interest in preserving anything "SUB-You" believes to be crucial for your everyday survival. The problem is that your subconscious isn’t always right when it comes to preserving essential healthy components. It’s main interest is to keep the general machine in motion, NOT UPGRADING! The times your subconscious does get upgraded, is when a glitch is a complete hinderance. You can begin to imagine why this can become a problem if corrections are not delivered by a subconscious break!
The most fascinating thing is that a Antojai, Avid Reiki, or Ascended Master can begin to persuade the subconscious for the better.
Ascended Masters, and ANTOJAI Masters can directly access, interact, reason, and even induce a shift to the subconscious mind. ANTOJAI creates a cyclical detox of the energetic, and quantum portions of your true self. Ascended Masters can do much more with detail, taking you across various dimensions for personal enlightenment. Reiki masters can offer a level of healing that helps highlight the most immediate blockages within the subconscious, and help release some of the most damaging energy immediately affecting you.
Reiki, and other energy medicines don’t directly confront imbalances within the subconscious with such ease as Antojai does.
The subconscious has the ability to change its form while you interact with it. Most commonly when threatened, the metaphysical subconscious takes on a labyrinth style representation. When not threatened it usually takes on the form of the ideal you!
This is why it’s imparitive to know how to properly interact with the metaphysical subconscious. Trust me, I’ve spent hours...even months dealing with a labyrinth form ... for just one topic. Something that now, with ANTOJAI energy, takes me minutes.
Where is your subconscious?
To make it simple... in multiple dimensions. This physical reality being one of them.
Some of you may be familiar with past life, and soul retrieval. People tend to think that this process is just tied to past lives. The soul is made up of all your previous subconscious states from past lives. The truth, is that your subconscious is part within you, within your current past, past lives, the future, and other dimensions. The ultimate you is manifested when you assemble these knowledges.
Humanity is still trying to define what consciousness is. So, it's no surprise that we have only a fragmented understanding of what our subconscious really is. Due to this, millions of people feel various forms of metaphysical disorientation. Some feel like they don't want to be on this planet (not to be confused with suicidal), others feel like they are trapped in past times, and some can't connect with humanity anymore. All because portions of our metaphysical subconscious are trapped elsewhere in a form of perpetual purgatory. Ultimately, robbing us of our authentic-selves.
If you, or a Master properly conducts a high energy healing such as Antojai... they can completely bypass the initial interaction the subconscious tries to mirror as a Firewall. Landing in a dimensional hub, where your subconscious likes to reside called the "Inner Sanctuary". It is here were a Master can communicate with a completely vulnerable subconscious-you.
Self-Healing:
The easiest way to begin to self-heal is through the Heart Chakra since it is tied to the past. It's always best to try some self-healing before seeing a healer, as this can produce better results.
If you know Reiki, then you can meditate on the Heart Chakra, while applying a laser reiki beam to this area. Ask the Heart chakra to help you identify, and resolve anything it can ... so that you regain lost portions of yourself. I do this by analyzing problem I am dealing with currently. Whether within myself, or externally. When I identify the most pressing issue, I communicate with my Heart Chakra. I ask it to send me to the time of the issue, or to help me understand it.
The key is to give into the chakra, and let it guide you. Many people get stuck because they feel like they are supposed to experience something in particular. A voice telling you (2+2=4), or maybe that the issue just disappears. Everyone has a different experience, and sometimes it may take some time to begin the journey.
Sometimes the chakra will help by making you relive the root of the blockage, or maybe it will take you to the metaphysical land known as the "Inner Sanctuary". Here is where you would directly confront yourself, and your entirety.
With the help of an Ascended, or Antojai Master you can further your healing by having them work on your Stellar Gateway Chakra. They will usually work with other chakra centers tied to subconscious fragments as well. They won't limit themselves just to the chakras, as they will also transcend multiple dimensions to bring back portions of yourself to this reality.
Phew!
This is only scratching the surface of the metaphysical subconscious. It would be impossible to write it all in one article, but I do plan on releasing more content as we expand.

Purify your negative karma by reciting the mantra of vajrasattva. Using the four opponent powers, feeling deep regret of your negative actions with the determination not to commit the same negative action in the future. The short mantra is OM VAJRASATTVA HUM
The path of alternative healing
Taking healing into your own hands!
I see a lot of people yearly, and one thing I feel like I have to address is… ALTERNATIVE MODES OF HEALING TAKE TIME! Western medicine usually seems to have a cure for a symptom, but as many have discovered… it’s really only a Band-Aid, than a cure. I by no means shoot down Western medicine! I only highlight that it isn’t for everyone, and that many times it should be used as a tool ... not a complete crutch. The deepest healing won’t be done for you because YOU are the driving force behind your own wellness. Some, do not possess the willpower to pursue their own healing. For them, western methods provide an immediate and easy answer. For those not comfortable with western ideas… the major difference is a complete 180! Alternative methods can produce rewarding and long-lasting shifts; but they require time, understanding, patience, and effort.
You have to be determined to heal yourself entirely. You have to be determined to be dedicated to your healing. You do this by following the homework, being patient while you find your answers, and understanding that you can do this!
The key here, is to remember that this is just like the gym. When you want a beach body, or to lose weight ... You put in the work, wait the time, and read the results. You cannot buy the answer to make you the idea physical you. Guess what! You can’t buy your spiritual authenticity in one or two alternative medicine sessions.
A new prescription sometimes can take a few weeks to fully begin receiving all the properties that benefit. If you can except that your answers can be found with willpower, then Shamanic alternative healing is something for you! Throughout the years, healing countless people, I have come to understand that many mental imbalances come from imbalances within the human subconscious. This is partly caused by traumas within life, and reoccurring restrictions caused to your authentic self by other habitual patterns. Your mind is like computer. If you have a virus that bugs you… You run a program to find, isolate, and correct the problem. An alternative healer is the program that helps you search, isolate the corrupt files within your system, and gives you the procedure to delete the imbalance if possible. Again, only YOU can delete the actual problem. When you understand you’re healing in this light, you can truly understand the dynamics of alternative healing. You can delete harmful files with Eastern alternative methods, or you can choose to isolate the files indefinitely with Western methods.
Ideally, you want a mix of both styles of treatment for a proper transition to a better you!
Isolate + Delete ———- ———- = Balance Western + Eastern Alternative

Why Gemstone Mala Jewelry Is Right For You!
The Benefits of Reiki Gemstones in Jewelry
Gemstones have been known throughout the centuries for their magical properties. Modern science has shown that stones vibrate, can conduct as well as cancel various waves, and other certain stones such as quartz can retain information.
That's why mala jewelry can help you reach certain goals, desires, dreams, and outcomes. Gemstones can influence the deepest portions of the subconscious, conscious, chakras, physical body, soul, the environment, and beyond!
Just like ingredients in any recipe, a mala is the final result from a mixture of gemstone vibration ingredients.
It's not enough to just put a bunch of stones together without knowing how their properties interact. In fact, we highly advise against it. Just as mixing chemicals you don't understand that could potentially end up with an awful disaster, the same goes with vibrational alternative medicine. Gemstone mixture isn't part quantum science. That's why it is extremely important to know what you're doing.
I've been doing this all of my life using what my masters passed on to me, and what my experiments taught me through personal experience. Here at Antojai we are masters at mala design, and experts in chakra dynamics. Every piece produces results for its owner (given proper application by the owner).
Unlike malas of only one stone which provide only one frequency, or jewelry with one stone that produces limited vibration; Antojai mala jewlery combines the highest quality stones to produce a one-of-a-kind companion that you will love.

Individual Reiki Levels
Reiki Level 1: The First Degree
Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.
Reiki Level 1 emphasizes focus on practicing Reiki on oneself. Helping yourself work through any self-imposed internal obstacles. The Level 1 attunement is one single attunement. Many experience physical symptoms of energy in their palms after the first attunement which can include tingling, coolness, heat, and energetic oneness. Typically the Level 1 course also includes an overview of the history of Reiki, hand placements, and self or group practice.
Reiki Level 2: Second Degree
Level 2 is often focused on practicing Reiki on others, as well as an expanded opening of the energy channels. Students receive the "Reiki symbols" and Level 2 attunement. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. This includes the ability to provide distance Reiki, or sending healing energy to individuals wherever they may be regardless of Time and Space.
Symbols also may be used to clear energy blockages across time, as well as physical locations. Due to the intensity of the attunement process, some Reiki Masters recommend that at least 21 days to a full three months pass between receiving the Level 1 and Level 2 attunements (Level 1 is required to receive Level 2).
The Level 2 attunement is typically given in one single attunement, with a focus on opening up the central channel even more, with an emphasis on the Heart Chakra. Level 2 also includes practice in drawing the symbols, invoking their qualities, as well as distance healing.
Reiki Level 3: Third Degree & Reiki Master
The Reiki Master Level is traditionally considered the teacher's level — a practitioner who has received the energy and knowledge to attune new Reiki practitioners.
Becoming a Reiki Master also represents a deep commitment to the Reiki practice, and some feel that significant time should pass between achieving the Second Degree status and Master Level. Because the Master Level is taught in a wide range of methods, you should meditate on which path feels right for you and spend time and consideration in selecting a Master.
The Reiki Levels provide a general organization of the progression of Reiki mastership.
Additional Training:

Easy Chakra Clean-up
Clearing your chakras
Need to speed rebalance your Chakras?
Chakras are spinning spheres of energy in, and out of the body. Each one is tied to a particular set of physical, spiritual, and psychological functions. When your chakras are blocked, you may feel out of place in your life. Sometimes, illness manifests as a cause of our chakras not being balanced. So if you don't know much about the chakras, NO WORRIES! I'll walk you through a simple clean up to get you back on track.
Root Chakra ---> Existance ---> Fear
Located at the base of the pelvis, the Root Chakra is tied to your general sense of safety. When you worry about loss, money, bills, anything tied to your base well-being ... you force your Root Chakra to slow down, or even stop.
The key to unblocking it is simple: let go of your fears. I know it sounds crazy hard to do, but just give your worries to your gaurdians, god, the universe, - whatever you connect with. Really focus on the fear going away. Vividly feel your security. Know that the universe has your back.
Exist without fear.
Take a deep breath.
Sacral Chakra ---> Accept ---> Guilt
Located just under the belly button, the Sacral chakra is tied to your emotional center. When this chakra is out of alignment, you may be moody, less sexually driven, and less honest with yourself. Holding on to guilt, anger, and dense feelings are literally holding you back. Even if you feel like you can't be getting affected by these semi-invisible spheres....you are. The smallest grudge can hinder your growth in massive ways.
Let go of any guilt you may have. It's done, in the past, and no matter how much you would like to change the subject that makes you feel guilt... you can't. So forgive yourself! Give yourself a few hugs while you let go of all the guilt you have been carrying up til now.
Accept the guilt, let it go, and move on.
Take a deep breath.
Solar Plexus Chakra ---> Transcend ---> Shame
The Solar plexus Chakra is located at the bottom, center portion of your rib cage. This chakra is tied to the mind, and all the programmed cultural beliefs we hold. Many times, if we feel like we have sinned against a moral we grew up believing...shame follows. Even if you don't feel shame in this regard, any shame is holding you back from seeing the bigger picture in front of you. You may be losing focus, or can't feel confident in making a desicion.
Let go of the shame! My mother used to say, "Oh Axél, take a f*** it pill already!" That's my advice too! Shame is one of the worst blockages because it can really stop you from being who you really are, and want to be! Let the universe take that shame, and return it to you as light that heals.
Transcend past your mental boundaries, so that you can welcome in a better you.
Take a deep breath.
Heart Chakra ---> Past ---> Love
Located at the center of the chest, the Heart Chakra holds all of the love you have ever felt, and all the past experiences tied to that love. When we are not in tune with this chakra, we tend to have constant flashbacks about things we feel unresolved in, "I should have done x, y, z." This chakra is the bridge to connecting to all other chakras above. If you have no love for yourself, or no love in general...you will feel like you can't relate to humanity. It can cause jealousy, and more.
Think of all the love you have ever felt throughout your existance. Accept the people you loved, and perhaps had to let go. Feel no shame for loving them, or for loving yourself. Before you move on to the next chakra- make sure you find love for yourself. Love your positive and negative (yin & yang).
I always think of this: My spirit animal is a Falcon. Falcons & People are both animals. A falcon accepts and embraces all that it is, making it a powerful beauty. I must learn to know what my organic positives, and my organic negatives are; embrace them, and evolve. I fondly believe that + & - are necesarry for life in this reality. We focus so much on embracing one, and suppressing the other that we restrict ourselves from actually being who we are.
You are lieing to yourself if you are convinced that you only have positives. No matter how much of a wonderful light you are, there's still the darker side. It's when we lie about having negatives that those negatives get out of control.
Take a deep breath.
Throat Chakra ---> Voice ---> Sound
Located at your throat, the Throat chakra is tied to your truths. When we stop ourselves from expressing ourselves, or we bottle things that should have been said...this chakra spins out of control. If you are like me, and can see auras all the time, you may notice blue is a common color for people. Why? They are keeping secrets they feel shame over, or guilt for not really standing up for themselves. Sometimes the person has no one to talk to. It's critical to make sure this chakra is well.
The meditation for this one is tricky. You can allow yourself to begin speaking your truths from today forward. You can also focus on saying the things that you have bottled up. If you don't want to share with others, just write it in a notebook, say them out loud to get it off your chest, and leave the negativity on the pages you wrote on.
Another way you can avoid blocking this chakra is by being mega real all the time. I used to go places, and if anyone ever said anything rude...I would stay silent as to preserve the peace. Almost as though I was addicted to maintaining zen, even at my own disadvantage. I would go home, and feel like crap, for hours, because I should have said something. Not because I wanted to start anything. It's simply because it gives you self-worth. This only allows you to love the trancendance you are accepting to be your new existence, but also express it.
Take a deep breath.
Third-eye Chakra ---> Sight ---> Oneness
Located just above the center of your eyebrows, the Third-eye Chakra is the center of your intuition. The most common reports when this chakra is not balanced is lack of intuition, and connectivity to yourself.
Focus on dismantling the concept of separation. Everything is connected in one way or another. When you stop believing that we are all separate, you can then take advantage of your intuition. For more about enhancing intuition click here.
See, express, love, transcend, accept, exist.
Take a deep breath.
Crown Chakra ---> Manifest Life ---> Relinquish
The crown chakra is located at the very top of your head. It's the chakra gate that Reiki healers draw energy from, the connection to your higher-self, and the grand knowledge of life.
This is the toughest chakra to clear for many people. In the Heart chakra we are to embrace love, and everything we hold dear. In the Crown chakra we are to let go of everything we are attached to. Why is this hard?
For a mother trying to connect to this chakra, it may seem impossible to let go of her attachment to her children. If you clear this chakra, you will connect to your highest self. This higher you is what aids you to follow your divine path.
By letting go, you can begin to see a wider existence. Meaning- you can see a bigger picture to reality itself. The trick to the chakras is to embrace all of their characteristics, and letting go of the world you are physically attached to.
You're a metaphysical being having a physical experience.

History of Reiki
There have been many attempts to explain the history of Reiki, but unfortunately, in the past, many of them have been based more on myth and an attempt to validate a particular style of Reiki and for the most part, lacked accurate information. Realizing the need for a factually based history of Reiki, I’ve spent over twenty years researching this information based on written records and interviews with those close to its development. The result is the following history of Reiki, which is derived from evidence based facts.
Reiki Before Usui
Many consider that Mikao Usui or Usui Sensei as we reverently refer to him, was the creator of Reiki and that the word Reiki applies only to the healing modality he discovered and developed. Yet, when researching the facts concerning the origin of Reiki as a healing modality, we find that prior to Usui Sensei developing his style of Reiki, there were at least four other styles of Reiki healing that were being practiced in Japan. This information comes from Hiroshi Doi Sensei and from Toshitaka Mochitzuki Sensei, two Japanese Reiki researchers. A more detailed understanding of this subject is explained in the book, An Evidence Based History of Reiki.(1, 2)
Mataji Kawakami Created Reiki Ryoho in 1914. Author of Reiki Healing and Its Effects Published 1919.
In 1914, Matiji Kawakami, a Japanese therapist, created a healing style he called Reiki Ryoho and in 1919, he published a book titled Reiki Ryoho to Sono Koka, or Reiki Healing and Its Effects. The other Reiki healing styles in use at the time were: Reikan Tonetsu Ryoho created by Reikaku Ishinuki, Senshinryu Reiki Ryoho created by Kogetsu Matsubara and Seido Reishojutsu created by Reisen Oyama. It was during the time that these Reiki styles were already in use that in March 1922, Usui Sensei had his mystical experience on Kurama yama in which he was given the Reiki energy and from this developed his style of Reiki, which he called Usui Reiki Ryoho. It is interesting that Usui Sensei chose this name as it tends to indicate that he knew of the other styles of Reiki Ryoho in use and was indicating that this was his style of Reiki Ryoho. And because of circumstances that developed during World War II along with the work of Takata Sensei mentioned later in this section, the other forms of Reiki fell into disuse or remained relatively unknown while Usui Reiki continued to be practiced and grew in popularity
In considering what should or should not be called Reiki, we must consider that not only have there been many systems of Reiki healing that are original and do not have a lineage going back to Usui Sensei, but that the Reiki energy has been around at least for thousands of years and in fact some feel it has been around since the beginning of time. Reiki energy is something that anyone can make use of and of course many have, so with this in mind, it appears logical to assume that any system that makes use of Reiki energy can be called Reiki, not just those systems that can be traced back to Usui Sensei.
However, because of conditions in Japan after World War II and the fact that Hawaya Takata had brought Reiki to the west, Usui Reiki became the predominate form of Reiki practiced throughout the world. Because of this, a thorough understanding of Usui Reiki is important as it will give us a foundation for understanding Reiki, making it easier for us to connect with its essence.
The Inscription on the Usui Memorial
The Usui Memorial
The history of Usui Reiki begins with a look at the inscription on the memorial stone that was erected in 1927 in Tokyo, Japan in memory of Mikao Usui Sensei, founder of the Usui Reiki healing system.
The inscription on the Usui Memorial, dating from 1927, was written by Juzaburo Ushida, a Shihan (teacher) who was trained by Usui Sensei and able to teach and practice Reiki the same way that he did.(3) He also succeeded Usui Sensei as president of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai (Usui Reiki Healing Method Society). Masayuki Okata, also a member of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, was the editor. The English translation was done by Tetsuyuki Ono and is reprinted here from the book, lyashino Gendai Reiki- ho, with permission from the author, Hiroshi Doi.
The large kanji (adopted Chinese characters used in the Japanese writing system) at the top of the memorial stone reads: “Memorial of Usui Sensei’s Virtue.” The remainder of the inscription reads as follows:
What you can naturally realize through cultivation and training is called “VIRTUE” and it is called “MERIT” to spread a method of leadership and relief and practice it. It is people of many merits and a good deal of virtue that can be eventually called a great founder. People who started a new learning and founded a fresh sect among sages, philosophers, geniuses etc., named from the ancient times, were all those as mentioned above. We can say that Usui-Sensei is also one of those people.
He started newly a method to improve body and spirit based on REIKI in the universe. Hearing of the rumor, people who would like to learn the treatment and undergo the cure gathered from all quarters all at once. Really, it was very busy indeed.
Usui-Sensei, whose popular name is Mikao and whose pen name is Gyohan, came from Taniai-village, Yamagata- district, Cifu Prefecture, and had forefathers named Tsunetane Chiba who had played an active part as a military commander between the end of Heian Period and the beginning of Kamakura Period (1180–1230). His father’s real name is Taneuji and his popular name is Uzaemon. His mother came and got married from the family named Kawai.
Usui-Sensei was born on 15th August, 1865. Having learned under difficulties in his childhood, he studied hard with efforts and he was by far superior in ability to his friends.
After growing up, he went over to Europe and America, and also studied in China. In spite of his real ability, however, he was not always successful in life. Although he was compelled to lead an unfortunate and poor life so often, he strove much more than before to harden his body and mind without flinching from the difficulties.
One day, Usui-Sensei climbed Mt. Kurama, where he began to do penance while fasting. Suddenly on the twenty first day from the start, he felt a great REIKI over his head, and at the same time as he was spiritually awakened he acquired the REIKI cure. When he tried it on his own body and members of his family also, it brought an immediate result on them.
Having said “It is much better to give this power widely to a lot of people in the world and enjoy it among them than to keep it exclusively by his family members,” Usui-Sensei moved his dwelling to Aoyama Harajuku, Tokyo in April, 1922 and established an institute, where the REIKI cure was instructed openly to the public and the treatment was given, too. People came there from far and near to ask for his guidance and cure, and they over-flowed outside, making a long line.
Tokyo had a very big fire caused by a great earthquake in Kanto district in September, 1923, when the injured and sick persons suffered from pains everywhere. Usui-Sensei felt a deep anxiety about that, and he was engaged in a cure, going around inside the city every day. We can hardly calculate how many persons were saved from death with his devotion. His activities of relief, in which he extended his hands of love over to those suffering people against this emergent situation, can be outlined as noted above.
Thereafter, his training center became too small to receive the visitors, so he built a new house in Nakano outside the city in February 1925 and transferred there. As his reputation got higher and higher, it was so often when he received an offer of engagement from everywhere throughout the nation. In accordance with these requests he traveled to Kure and Hiroshima, then entered Saga and reached Fukuyama. It was at the inn at which he stayed on his way that he caught a disease abruptly, and he passed away at the age of sixty-two.
His wife got married, coming from the Suzuki family, and she is named Sadako and has a son and a daughter. The son’s name is Fuji, and he succeeds to the Usui family.
Usui-Sensei’s natural character was gentle and prudent, and he did not keep up appearances. His body was big and sturdy, and his face was always beaming with a smile. But when he faced the difficulties he went ahead with a definite will and yet persevered well, keeping extremely careful. He was a man of versatile talents and also a book lover, knowing well in the wide range from history, biography, medical science, canons of Christianity and Buddhism and psychology up to magic of fairyland, art of curse, science of divination and physiognomy.
In my opinion, it is evident to everybody that Usui-Sensei’s cultivation & training were based on his career of art and science, and the cultivation & training became a clue to create the REIKI cure.
Reviewing the fact, I understand what the REIKI cure is aiming at is not only to heal the diseases but also to correct the mind by virtue of a God-sent spiritual ability, keep the body healthy and enjoy a welfare of life. In teaching the persons, therefore, we are supposed to first let them realize the last instructions of the Emperor Meiji, and chant the 5 admonitions morning and evening to keep them in mind.
The 5 admonitions in question are:
1. Don’t get angry today.
2. Don’t be grievous.
3. Express your thanks.
4. Be diligent in your business.
5. Be kind to others.
These are really the important precepts for a cultivation, just the same as those by which the ancient sages admonished themselves. Usui-Sensei emphasized that ‘This is surely a secret process to bring a good fortune and also a miraculous medicine to remedy all kinds of diseases,’ by which he made his purpose of teaching clear and accurate. Furthermore, he tried to aim at making his way of guidance as easy and simple as possible, so nothing is difficult to understand therein. Every time when you sit quietly and join your hands to pray and chant morning and evening, you can develop a pure and sound mind, and there is just an essence in making the most of that for your daily life. This is the reason why the REIKI cure can very easily spread over anybody.
The phase of life is very changeable in these days, and people’s thoughts are apt to change, too. Could we fortunately succeed in spreading the REIKI cure everywhere, we feel sure that it would have to be very helpful in order to prevent people from disordering their moral sense. It never extends people anything but the benefits of healing long term illness, chronic disease and bad habit.
The number of pupils who learned from Usui-Sensei amounts to more than 2000 persons. Some leading pupils living in Tokyo among them gather at the training center and take over his work, while other pupils in the country also do everything to popularize the REIKI cure. Although our teacher already passed away, we have to do the very best to hand the REIKI cure down to the public forever and spread it much more. Ah! What a great thing he did; to have unsparingly given people what he had felt and realized by himself!
As a result of our pupils’ recent meeting and discussion, we decided to erect a stone monument at the graveyard in his family temple so that we may bring his virtuous deed to light and transmit it to posterity; so, I was requested to arrange an epitaph for the monument. As I was much impressed by his great meritorious deed and also struck by our pupils’ warm hearts of making much of the bond between master and pupil, I dared not refuse the request, but described the outline.
Therefore, I do expect heartily that people in the future generations would not forget to look up at the monument in open-eyed wonder.

Mikao Usui (Usui Sensei), founder of the Reiki System of Healing.
Mikao Usui, or Usui Sensei as he is called by Reiki students in Japan, was born August 15, 1865 in the village of Taniai in the Yamagata district of Gifu prefecture, which is located near present-day Nagoya, Japan.(4)
He had an avid interest in learning and worked hard at his studies. As he grew older, he traveled to Europe and China to further his education. His curriculum included medicine, psychology and religion as well as the art of divination, which Asians have long considered to be a worthy skill.(5) Usui Sensei also became a member of the Rei Jyutu Ka, a metaphysical group dedicated to developing psychic abilities.(6) He had many jobs including civil servant, company employee and journalist, and he helped rehabilitate prisoners.(7) Eventually he became the secretary to Shinpei Goto, head of the department of health and welfare who later became the mayor of Tokyo. The connections Usui Sensei made at this job helped him to also become a successful businessman.(8)
The depth and breadth of his experiences inspired him to direct his attention toward discovering the purpose of life. In his search he came across the description of a special state of consciousness that once achieved would not only provide an understanding of one’s life purpose, but would also guide one to achieve it. This special state is called An-shin Ritus-mei (pronounced on sheen dit sue may). In this special state, one is always at peace regardless of what is taking place in the outer world. And it is from this place of peace that one completes one’s life purpose. One of the special features of this state is that it maintains itself without any effort on the part of the individual; the experience of peace simply wells up spontaneously from within and is a type of enlightenment.
Tenyo Shrine which is a short walk from where Usui Sensei was born in the village of Taniai. The Torii or archway is inscribed with words indicating that it was donated by Usui Mikao in 1923.
Usui Sensei understood this concept on an intellectual level and dedicated his life to achieving it; this is considered to be an important step on Usui Sensei’s spiritual path. He discovered that one path to An-shin Ritsu-mei is through the practice of Zazen meditation. So he found a Zen teacher who accepted him as a student and began to practice Zazen. After three years practice, he had not been successful and sought further guidance. His teacher suggested a more severe practice in which the student must be willing to die in order to achieve An-shin Ritsu-mei.(9, 10)
So with this in mind he prepared for death and in February, 1922, he went to Kurama yama, a sacred mountain north of Kyoto. He went to fast and meditate until he passed to the next world. It must be kept in mind that he was not looking to discover a method of healing, but was seeking to experience this special spiritual state. In addition, we know there is a small waterfall on Kurama yama where even today people go to meditate. This meditation involves standing under the waterfall and allowing the water to strike and flow over the top of the head, a practice that is said to activate the crown chakra. Japanese Reiki Masters think that Usui Sensei may have used this meditation as part of his practice. In any case, as time passed he became weaker and weaker. It was now March 1922 and at midnight of the twenty-first day, a powerful light suddenly entered his mind through the top of his head and he felt as if he had been struck by lightning; this caused him to fall unconscious.
As the sun rose, he awoke and realized that whereas before he had felt very weak and near death from his fasting, he was now filled with an extremely enjoyable state of vitality that he had never experienced before; a miraculous type of high frequency spiritual energy had displaced his normal consciousness and replaced it with an amazingly new level of awareness. He experienced himself as being the energy and consciousness of the Universe and that the special state of enlightenment he had sought had been given to him as a gift. He was overjoyed by this realization.
When this happened, he was filled with excitement and went running down the mountain to tell his Zen master of his great good fortune. On his way down he stubbed his toe on a rock and fell down. And in the same way anyone would do, he placed his hands over the toe, which was in pain. As he did this, healing energy began flowing from his hands all by itself. The pain in his toe went away and the toe was healed. Usui Sensei was amazed by this. He realized that in addition to the illuminating experience he had undergone, he had also received the gift of healing. He also understood that this was his life purpose; to be a healer and to train others.(11)
In April 1922, he moved to Tokyo and started a healing society that he named Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai (Usui Reiki Healing Method Society). He also opened a Reiki clinic in Harajuku, Aoyama, Tokyo. There he taught classes and gave treatments.(12)
At first, all Usui Sensei had was the healing energy. Over time he developed his system of Reiki practice. Most of these developments came in 1923 after the Great Kanto earthquake and tsunami that did extensive damage in Tokyo and killed and injured many thousands of people. Because there were so many people in need of healing, Usui Sensei decided he needed to do something to speed up his ability to train teachers.
It was at this time that he developed many of his practitioner techniques such as Gassho, Byosen scanning, Reiji-ho, Gyoshi ho, Seishin-to-itsu and so forth. He also developed a formal attunement method or Reiju kai, making it easier for others to learn Reiki and to become teachers. Prior to this, the method he used to pass on the Reiki ability was to simply hold the students hands, but this took a long time. The Reiju kai made transferring the Reiki ability much faster. Also, he had many different ways he performed the Reiju Kai, not just one.(13) During this time he also developed the Reiki symbols of which he had only three. These are the three symbols that we currently receive in Reiki II, which he called Okuden. He did not have a Master symbol. This important point was confirmed by Hiroshi Doi Sensei, a member of the Gakkai, and in discussions he had with several of the Gakkai presidents and many of the Shinpiden members.(14) This idea was also confirmed by Arjava Petter Sensei, who had contact with Shinpiden teachers from the Gakkai and with its president.(15)
These same sources also indicate that Usui Sensei also gave many attunements to each student, not just one or one set. The purpose of the student receiving the attunement over and over was that this process continually acted to refine and develop one’s ability to channel Reiki energy, thus making the energy one channeled more versatile and able to heal a wider range of conditions, to heal more deeply and in a shorter time. The philosophy of Usui Sensei was that there is no limit to the quality and effectiveness of the Reiki energy available in the universe and an important purpose for all students was to continually seek to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Reiki energy one is able to channel.(16)
He called his system of healing Shin-Shin Kai-Zen Usui Reiki Ryo-Ho (The Usui Reiki Treatment Method for Improvement of Body and Mind)(17) or in its simplified form Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki Healing Method).
The first degree of his training was called Shoden (First Degree) and was divided into four levels: Loku-Tou, Go-Tou, Yon-Tou and San-Tou. (Note that when Takata Sensei taught this level, which in the West we refer to as Reiki Level I, she combined all four levels into one. This is most likely why she did four attunements for Level I.) The next degree was called Okuden (Inner Teaching) and had two levels: Okuden-Zen-ki (first part), and Okuden-Koe-ki (second part). The next degree was called Shinpiden (Mystery Teaching), which is what Western Reiki calls Master level. The Shinpiden level includes, Shihan-Kaku (assistant teacher) and Shihan (venerable teacher).(18)
Demand for Reiki became so great that Usui Sensei outgrew his clinic, so in 1925 he built a bigger one in Nakano, Tokyo. Because of this, his reputation as a healer spread all over Japan. He began to travel so he could teach and treat more people. During his travels across Japan he directly taught more than 2,000 students and initiated twenty Shihan,(19) each being given the same understanding of Reiki and approved to teach and give Reiju in the same way that he did.(20)
The Japanese government issued him a Kun San To award for doing honorable work to help others.(21) While traveling to Fukuyama to teach, he suffered a stroke and died on March 9, 1926.(22) His grave is at Saihoji Temple, in Suginami, Tokyo, although some claim that his ashes are located elsewhere.
After Usui Sensei died, his students erected a memorial stone next to his gravestone. Mr. J. Ushida, a Shihan trained by Usui Sensei, took over as president of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai and was responsible for creating and erecting the Usui Memorial stone and ensuring that the gravesite would be maintained. Mr. Ushida was followed by Mr. Ilichi Taketomi, Mr. Yoshiharu Watanabe, Mr. Toyoichi Wanami and Ms. Kimiko Koyama. The current successor to Usui Sensei is Mr. Mahayoshi Kondo, who became president in 1998.
Contrary to what we have been told in the West, there is no “lineage bearer” or “Grand Master” of the organization started by Usui Sensei—only the succession of presidents listed above.(23) Among the twenty teachers initiated by Usui Sensei are Toshihiro Eguchi, Jusaburo Guida, Kan’ichi Taketomi, Toyoichi Wanami, Yoshiharu Watanabe, Keizo Ogawa, J. Ushida, and Chujiro Hayashi.(24) Contrary to one version of the Reiki story, Mr. J. Ushida, not Chujiro Hayashi, was the Gakkai’s successor to Usui Sensei. It is also important to note that the first four presidents of the Gakkai who followed Usui Sensei were Shihan who had been trained directly by Usui Sensei, and the last of these was president of the Gakkai through 1975, thus assuring that the Gakkai understanding, practice and teaching methods were the same as that of Usui Sensei.
Dr. Chujiro Hayashi
Before his passing, Usui Sensei had asked Chujiro Hayashi Sensei to open his own Reiki clinic and to expand and develop Reiki Ryoho based on his previous experience as a medical doctor in the Navy. Motivated by this request, Hayashi Sensei started a school and clinic called Hayashi Reiki Kenkyukai (Institute). After Usui Sensei’s passing he left the Gakkai.(25)
At his clinic, which was located in Tokyo, he kept careful records of all the illnesses and conditions of his Reiki patients. He also kept records of which Reiki hand positions worked best to treat each illness and condition. Based on these records he created the Reiki Ryoho Shinshin (Guidelines for Reiki Healing Method).(26) This healing guide was part of a class manual he gave to his students. The handbook was to be used only if the practitioner was not able to use Byosen scanning to find the best hand positions to use. Many of his students received their Reiki training in return for working in his clinic.(27)
Hayashi Sensei also changed the way Reiki sessions were given. Rather than have the client seated in a chair and treated by one practitioner as Usui Sensei had done, Hayashi Sensei had the client lie on a treatment table and receive treatment from several practitioners at a time. He also created a new, more effective system for giving Reiju (attunements).(28) In addition, to increase the value his students received while he was traveling, he developed a new method of teaching Reiki. In this method, he taught both Shoden and Okuden (Reiki I&II) together in one five-day seminar. Each day included two to three hours of instruction and one Reiju.(29) Following the Usui method, students were encouraged to receive Reiju on a regular basis from their local Shihan or teacher after completing Hayashi Sensei’s class so as to continue to refine and develop the quality of the Reiki energy that they channeled.
Because of his trip to Hawaii in 1937–38 prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, he was asked by the Japanese military to provide information about the location of warehouses and other military targets in Honolulu. He refused to do so and was declared a traitor. This caused him to “lose face,” which meant he and his family would be disgraced and would be ostracized from Japanese society. The only solution was seppuku (ritual suicide), which he carried out. He died honorably on May 11, 1940.(30)
After this, Hayashi Sensei’s wife Chie Hayashi took over his clinic and ran it for some years, but eventually she retired; with no one to take over this position, the clinic came to an end. It is likely that some of Hayashi Sensei’s students continued to teach but most of these have also passed on. In 1999 it was discovered that Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei, a Shinpiden or Master student of Hayashi Sensei, was still alive and practicing. She was encouraged to teach and began doing so. Fortunately, I was able to take her Reiki I&II class in 2001 in Kyoto, Japan. Chiyoko Yamaguchi passed on in 2003.
Hawayo Takata
The following is a summary of Takata Sensei’s version of her early years leading up to her contact with Reiki at the Hayashi clinic. It comes from an interview that appeared in The (San Mateo) Times, May 17, 1975 titled “Mrs. Takata Opens Minds to Reiki” by Vera Graham:
She stated that she was born on December 24th, 1900, on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Her parents were Japanese immigrants and her father worked in the sugar cane fields. She eventually married the bookkeeper of the plantation where she was employed. His name was Saichi Takata and they had two daughters. In October 1930, Saichi died at the age of 34, leaving Mrs. Takata to raise their two children.
In order to provide for her family, she had to work very hard with little rest. After five years she developed severe abdominal pain and a lung condition, and she had a nervous breakdown. Soon after this one of her sisters died and it was Takata Sensei’s responsibility to travel to Japan, where her parents had resettled to deliver the news. She also felt she could receive help for her health issues in Japan.
After informing her parents and attending the funeral, she entered a hospital and stated that she was diagnosed with a tumor, gallstones, appendicitis and asthma. She was told to prepare for an operation but opted to visit Hayashi Sensei’s clinic instead.
Mrs. Takata was unfamiliar with Reiki but was impressed that the diagnosis of Reiki practitioners at the clinic closely matched the doctor’s at the hospital. She began receiving treatments. Two Reiki practitioners would treat her each day. The heat from their hands was so strong, she said, that she thought they were secretly using some kind of equipment. Seeing the large sleeves of the Japanese kimono worn by one, she thought she had found the secret place of concealment. Grabbing his sleeves one day she startled the practitioner, but, of course, found nothing. When she explained what she was doing, he began to laugh and then told her about Reiki and how it worked.
Mrs. Takata got progressively better and in four months was completely healed. She wanted to learn Reiki for herself. In the spring of 1936 she received First Degree Reiki from Dr. Hayashi. She then worked with him for a year and received Second Degree Reiki. Mrs. Takata returned to Hawaii in 1937, followed shortly thereafter by Hayashi Sensei, who came to help establish Reiki there, and his daughter. In February 1938, Hayashi Sensei initiated Hawayo Takata as a Reiki Master.
This house is where Takata Sensei’s clinic was located in Hilo, Hawaii where she gave Reiki sessions from 1939 to 1949.
Takata Sensei practiced Reiki in Hawaii, establishing several clinics, one of which was located in Hilo on the Big Island. She gave treatments and initiated students up to Reiki II. She became a well-known healer and traveled to the U.S. mainland and other parts of the world teaching and giving treatments. She was a powerful healer who attributed her success to the fact that she did a lot of Reiki on each client. She would often do multiple treatments, each sometimes lasting hours and treat difficult cases everyday for months until the client was healed. To help with this process, she often initiated members of a client’s family so they could give Reiki to the client as well.
Takata Sensei had a unique way of practicing and teaching Reiki that was noticeably different than how Usui Sensei or Hayashi Sensei had practiced and taught. The late John Harvey Gray was one of Takata Sensei’s most respected students and in fact she indicated that he would be one of three Reiki Masters that were to carry on her work after she retired.(31) He indicates in his Reiki book that Takata Sensei had changed the way she taught Reiki because she said that the Japanese style was too complicated and would be difficult for the Western mind to learn. Because of this, she said she had simplified the system. This included the development of her own hand position system, which she called the foundation treatment. This consisted of eight hand positions, which were on the abdomen, the shoulders and head. She also included some additional positions for the back if the client needed them.(32) This varied considerably from how Usui Sensei and Hayashi Sensei practiced in that they taught Byosen scanning as the way to find the best hand positions for treatment. They also indicated that Byosen scanning was the most important practice technique for a student to master after the practice of continually receiving repeated Reijus. Yet, Takata Sensei never taught this technique. She also did not teach any of the other methods used by Usui Sensei and Hayashi Sensei such as Gassho, Reiji-ho, Kenyoku, Gyoshi-ho, Koki-ho and so forth. Additionally, she had a different attunement method for each level of Reiki, taught her students that the attunements empowered the symbols and taught a Master symbol that was given to Master students. In her system, the Master symbol was needed in order to give attunements, and it could also be used during Reiki sessions for purposes of healing. She did not encourage her students to receive as many attunements as possible as was taught by Usui Sensei and Hayashi Sensei, but taught that just one set of four attunements for Reiki I and one or two attunements for Reiki II and one for the Master level are all that are necessary.(33)
The simplified system that Takata Sensei taught was effective and has proven to produce valuable results for her students and their clients. Because of this, Takata Sensei can be considered an important innovator of Usui Reiki Ryoho.
One thing that is important to understand is that if it were not for Takata Sensei, Reiki would most likely have fallen into obscurity and never have been practiced by people all over the world; even in Japan it would have been mostly unknown. This is because after World War II, the United States required Japan to unconditionally surrender. This placed the United States in complete control of Japan. One of the conditions the U.S. required is that all those practicing any kind of healing be required to have a license. Some of the healing groups did get licensed, but the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai decided that they did not want to be controlled by a licensing board and instead chose to go underground. They decided that the members were not to talk to anyone outside their group about Reiki and that they would only practice Reiki with each other. This made it difficult for anyone to find out about Reiki in Japan including the Japanese. Also, because it became very difficult for new members to join, the membership slowly declined. This problem exists even now, and the Gakkai membership continues to slowly dwindle. If this continues, at some time in the not too distant future the Gakkai is likely to come to an end.
Because Takata Sensei learned Reiki in Japan and returned to Hawaii and began teaching Reiki before World War II, she prevented Reiki from being lost. She was a great teacher and promoter and taught Reiki classes all over Hawaii and in many parts of the U.S. mainland. Before her passing, she taught 22 Reiki Masters who carried on the tradition.
The Evolution of Reiki
One thing I came to realize from my training experience is that there is no limit to the possibilities offered by Reiki. As demonstrated by Usui Sensei, Hayashi Sensei and Takata Sensei, Reiki is something that is meant to be developed. This is true for the techniques one uses to practice Reiki, but it is also true for the quality of the healing energy.
Reiki energy comes from an infinite source and because of this, regardless of how developed and evolved ones healing energy has become, one will always be channeling only a small portion of the potential healing energy that is available; it is always possible for the quality, effectiveness and benefit of one’s healing energies to improve and this includes what takes place in the Attunements, Placements and Ignitions.
Usui Sensei alluded to this when he said he wasn’t at the top of the Reiki healing system, but one step below.(34) It is also important to note that according to the Bible, Jesus, who is considered by many to be a great healer and spiritual master, said that we could do everything he had done and even more.(35)
Reiki Continues to Develop
Takata Sensei required all the Masters she trained to charge a fee of $10,000 for the Master level. She taught that this was a required fee, and if you did not charge this fee, then you would not be teaching Usui Reiki. The fee wasn’t based on the length or quality of training she provided, as no apprenticeship was included.(36) The actual length of her Master training has not been documented by any of her Masters, except for Bethel Phaigh, who reported receiving both Level II and Master within a few days.(37) However, my conversations with a few of her Masters indicate in at least some cases her Master training lasted only a few days. According to Phagh, the high fee was to instill respect for the Master level. However, the high fee, along with the tendency of Takata Sensei’s Masters not to teach many other Masters, was causing Reiki to spread very slowly.
Iris Ishikuro was one of Takata Sensei’s Master students and Iris also had other training as a healer. She was involved with the Johrei Fellowship, a religious fellowship that includes healing with energy projected from the hands.(38) She had also learned another kind of healing from her sister, who worked in a Tibetan temple in Hawaii. After Takata Sensei passed in 1980, Iris decided that she would follow her own inner guidance and teach for a more reasonable fee. As far as I know, she was the only one of Takata Sensei’s twenty-two Masters who did this. The others continued to charge the high fee for Mastership.
Iris trained only two Masters. One was Arthur Robertson and the other was her daughter, Ruby. She asked them to always charge a reasonable fee. Ruby decided not to teach Reiki. However, Arthur Robertson did begin teaching in the mid-1980s. The reasonable fee allowed many more students to become Reiki Masters. He began giving Master trainings with ten to thirty students in each class. Those that Robertson taught trained others and the number of teaching Reiki Masters quickly increased.
Because Iris Ishikuro ignored the price restriction that Takata Sensei had placed on Reiki, she became the pathway through which Reiki would spread more quickly and eventually be passed on to people all over the world. In light of this, it is likely that the majority of Reiki people in the world have their lineage going back through Iris Ishikuro.
Arthur Robertson had also been a teacher of Tibetan shamanism and had learned a healing method that made use of several symbols and an attunement-like technique called an empowerment. This method had similarities to Usui Reiki. After becoming a Reiki Master, he developed an alternative method of Reiki that was a combination of the Tibetan style of healing and Usui Reiki. The parts from Tibetan shamanism were the use of two Tibetan symbols—with one being used as a Master symbol—and the Violet Breath. It also incorporated the use of the three symbols from the Okuden level of Usui Reiki. He called this system Raku Kei.(39) Robertson taught both the Takata-style Usui system and Raku Kei,teaching them separately in different classes.
Usui/Tibetan Reiki
My first Reiki Master teacher, Diane McCumber, learned Reiki from Arthur Robertson and was taught both the Takata-style Usui system and the Raku Kei system. While I learned both from her in March 1989, she mainly taught the Raku Kei system. Later the same year, I was also taught the Usui system by Marlene Schilke, who had also learned from Arthur Robertson.
By combining the Usui and Raku Kei systems I developed the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki. This system kept the four Usui symbols as taught by Takata Sensei and added the Tibetan symbols and violet breath as taught by Arthur Robertson for a total of six symbols. I taught this system from the beginning of my teaching practice in June 1989, when I taught my first class, and continued with this system through 2013.
Karuna Reiki ®
After becoming a Reiki master, student began showing me symbols I had not seen before and asking if I knew anything about them. When this happened I would keep the drawings of the symbols and any additional information they had about the symbols. After a while different students would show me symbols, some of which I had seen before and tell me that another teacher was teaching the symbols and wanted to know if I was going to teach them. I suggested they go to the other teacher and take her class. Eventually they came back to me and said they had talked to the other teacher but decided they didn’t want to take a class from her but asked me if I would research the symbols and create a class as they preferred to learn about the symbols from me. It seemed like I was being guided rather directly to create the class.
I contacted some of my best students and expecially those who were sensitive to healing energy and clairvoyant and asked them to meet with me over a weekend to experiment with some new Reiki symbols. When we met I prayed for guidance and asked the we would be shown how to create a class to teach the new symbols that would provide new beneficial healing energies for the students.
This process worked and between 1993 and 1995, a new style of Reiki was created. At first we called it Sai Baba Reiki as we had been told that three of the symbols had come from Sai Baba, a guru in India who has since passed on. When I discovered he had not channeled the symbols, I was guided to rename the system Karuna Reiki ® and then later guided to trademark the name.
Karuna Reiki ® has 8 treatment symbols and at first had 4 master symbols. After Holy Fire Reiki came into being, I was guided to upgrade it to Holy Fire Karuna Reiki ® and make the Holy Fire symbol the master symbol.
Japanese Reiki Techniques
I also sponsored Arjava Petter and his former wife Chetna Kobyashi to teach their Japanese Reiki Techniques classes in 1999 and 2000 in the U.S. and so had the great opportunity of thoroughly learning the Japanese Reiki healing methods that had been left out by Takata Sensei. In addition, I have studied the Japanese Reiki Techniques with Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei and her son, Tadao Yamaguchi Sensei, and also with Hiroshi Doi Sensei and Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei. This broadened my understanding of Reiki and helped me in many ways. (See my lineage chart on page v.) I continued to keep an open mind about the possibility of channeling ever higher levels of Reiki energy.
Holy Fire Reiki
In January 2014, during a session with Janice Jones, a spiritual advisor I had been seeing for the previous 19 years, I was made aware of a healing energy that was more refined and contained a higher level of consciousness than anything I had previously experienced. During the session, I was given the symbol and the attunement for it and was told I was to begin teaching it as part of the ART/Master class scheduled to start the next day. The energy around this experience was so clear and powerful that I trusted what I was told and followed the instructions. The energy guided me through that first teaching experience.
The Tibetan symbols including the Tibetan Master symbol and the Tibetan Fire Serpent as well as the violet breath, were retired and replaced with the Holy Fire. (All of the Usui symbols including the Power, Mental/Emotional, Distant and Master symbols were retained.) The attunement process was changed to an Ignition for the Master level and then later a Placement process for Reiki I&II and ART. These new methods of passing on the energy were significantly different, requiring little interaction with the students, yet producing amazing results. The students experienced meaningful healing experiences and were very happy to be taking part in something so new and beneficial. This system is easier to learn and to teach and yet works better than any healing method we had been aware of.
The Essence of Reiki
As we meditate on Reiki energy, both when giving treatments to others and to ourselves and when teaching classes and giving attunements, and now with Holy Fire Reiki when giving Placements and Ignitions we become aware of a wealth of positive qualities that are embodied within the essence of the Reiki energy. These qualities transcend states of consciousness we usually are aware of and take us up into ever more refined feelings of peace, joy and happiness. In addition, they are also capable of helping us develop healthy, positive traits in our personalities.
However, since Reiki respects free will, it will not heal us or develop these higher states unless we invite it to do so. This requires that we be willing to change. The ability to recognize unhealthy personal qualities within ourselves and be willing to let them go is necessary if we are to move forward with our personal healing. Those who accept Reiki as their spiritual path and are devoted to allowing it to heal them completely and surrender to its ability to do this find that Reiki will guide them more quickly along the path of healing. This process can include improving the quality of the Reiki energy that one is able to channel as well as helping to develop all the qualities that are healthy for a person to have.
As the quality improves, Reiki can heal us and those who come to us for Reiki sessions and classes more easily and more deeply. As the quality of Reiki energy one is able to channel becomes more refined and effective, one becomes more aware of the essence of Reiki and the amazing places it is capable of taking us.
The positive, healthy traits Reiki is capable of developing within us include patience, love of self and others, non-competitiveness. It moves us into a place of acceptance of others’ ideas and beliefs and helps us to be non-judgmental, empowers our ability to forgive, develops gratitude for friends and family and for all we have and experience, improves the quality of joy and peace we experience and most importantly increases our connection to the Source of Reiki so that an ever stronger feeling of safety develops as Reiki more easily guides our lives and watches over all that we do.
This understanding helps us to appreciate that Reiki has an unlimited potential. This idea is validated by the fact that both Usui Sensei and Hayashi Sensei encouraged their students to further refine and improve the quality of Reiki they were able to channel. It is also apparent from the idea that if Reiki does come from an unlimited potential as most Reiki people agree, then no matter how effective our Reiki has become, it’s always possible for it to become more effective. This concept can be likened to a library. Once one has a library card, one has access to the books in the library, but that doesn’t mean that one has read all the books and can apply all the knowledge and wisdom they contain. The same is true of Reiki. Simply having received the attunements or Ignitions does give you access to the Reiki energy, but that doesn’t mean you are able to channel the highest and most effective qualities of Reiki that exist. It simply means you now are able to access the Reiki energy and if you give it permission and work with it, it can refine your ability to channel ever higher and more effective levels of healing energy. This awareness becomes even more apparent with Holy Fire Reiki and, as you shall experience in this class, an ever higher level of joy, peace and love will show you how wonderful and important it is to allow yourself to receive this gift.

Healing yourself from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with Alternative Medicine
Healing yourself from PTSD with Alternative Medicine!
My personal journey
PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), Is one of the toughest conditions I have personally had to deal with. For years it haunted me, taking away my peace. It was during those years that I decided to put my expertise of medical Shamanism to good use. I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t want to test the full range of healing that could come from Shamanic Medicine. I told myself that I had helped so many people with different conditions because I had healed myself first. Which eventually gave me knowledge to help other people dealing with those blockages I had conquered. I saw a PTSD as nothing different. As a shaman, it is a custom to heal yourself from your past demons, current emotional blockages, and any subconscious hindrance that is stopping you from living to your truest potential. The following advice comes from three years of my personal battle with PTSD. This is what helped me get my life back, so I could go back to being who I really was.
For those of you unfamiliar with post-traumatic stress disorder, it’s a condition that comes after experiencing a traumatic event. Some events have greater weight than others, and it’s those events that can leave a haunting impression on us. PTSD is most commonly seen in soldiers, but is not limited to war. Child abuse can lead to PTSD, and other social scars can do the same thing. The results are uncontrollable flashbacks. These flashbacks can be extremely vivid, throwing the person back to the moment that caused their trauma. For some it completely immobilizes them, and for others it makes living extremely difficult. You may feel an uncontrollable urge to sleep for several days, all while having nightmares and confusing thoughts. Those are only some of the blockages that at person with PTSD can be facing.
For me personally, I would sleep for days… with no energy to eat, shower, or other. My friends would have to wake me, and help me with the most basic of things. If not, I would sleep like a fairytale character cursed by some witch. My dreams became so frequent, and vivid, that I would wake up at times questioning what was fact from fiction. There’re times where I would begin reliving a memory, but then the effects of dreaming would tamper with the memory. There were days where I would spend the entire day trying to sort out what wasn’t part of a dream. My fear, was letting the dream take control over my psyche, my reality. I was most certain that insanity would be the result if I slipped. If I didn’t experience lapses in my memory, I would have dreams of an epic battle that I was in the middle of. For those of you familiar with Dragon ball Z (anime show), I was always in the final showdown with Broly… the legendary super Saiyan. If he one, I would sleep for another few days; if I won, I would have a few days to a week of regular living. It became a priority to never lose this battle. It was after I won, that I would dedicate myself to cherishing every actual living moment I had.
Even when I wasn’t sleeping, I was far from free. The PTSD kept me terrified in anxiety of leaving my home alone, or in general. As a result, the network of people that I had spent years building dissipated. Surely depression followed. When I did step outside of my house, usually with a friend, I would have moments where I would be shopping for groceries and suddenly find myself reliving a flashback. To the rest of the world, it looked like I checked out. This made it impossible for me to drive, and only made it more difficult to leave the house because I found myself checking out during walks. It had to stop!
That’s when I decided to put all of my training, and knowledge to finding the escape route. I had been accustomed to different states of mind during meditation, and interdimensional travel…. but nothing like this. I had to engineer a plan to escape my own subconscious. My mind would just remember all my masters, and this felt like a final exam I hadn’t studied for.
So here we GO!
1. Resolve, & Knowing
You have to be dedicated to healing yourself. You need to be real with yourself. Know that this will not go away in a day, month, or year even. Healing takes time, and that time is dependent on you. I hope that these tools speed up your recovery, and if you find anything else that helps…share them with us! Remember to motivate yourself. The illusion of failure here is simply that, an illusion. YOU CAN DO THIS!
& Don’t you ever forget it.
Other articles might tell you to have faith, I won’t. Faith, is in a way, to force yourself to believe it will work. I’m telling you to KNOW it will work. The law of attraction and manifestation highlight that your mind has incredible power. If you’re mentally sure that you will get better, the universe has no other option but to respond. We can’t manifest cures at will, but we can manifest our well-being. This is your strongest tool. Positive thoughts, and energy behind everything you do. Most of us visit a Western doctor, and just trust that they know what they’re doing. Some of us even know that a western doctor will do something for us to make us better. It’s the exact same in the situation.
2. Support
I would say that this is a requirement …. But, everyone’s situation is different. You need to get your support system involved. If your support system knows about your goals to better yourself, they can keep you motivated. Tell them what approach you would like to take (holistic or other), and develop a plan for success!
3. Feng Shui & Color Therapy
Feng shui is the art of arranging belongings in your home in ways that produce, and maintain the flow of positive energy. It’s a lot easier than many make it out to be. I’ll even give you a map to use. I personally love to use crystals over a ton of furniture rearrangement. The one thing I tell everyone about furniture is to make sure that you can’t see yourself in the mirror from your bed. If you can see yourself in the mirror while lying in bed, this will produce negative energy. The main thing about this form of therapy is having clean, open spaces.
By having less objects that interrupt the flow of energy, you can welcome in more positive energy. I essentially want you to find each area of the map within your house. The rooms may not be all on the same floor, so use common sense when mapping what rooms go where. The following list of stones placed in the correct areas of Feng Shui, will leave you baffled. Also, pay attention to the colors on the map that correspond to each room. This is where the color therapy comes in. The list below are some of the stones I use in my house.
Prosperity: Citrine, Pyrite, Jade
Fame: Sardonyx, Carnelian, Bronzite
Love: Rose Quartz, Moonstone, Coral
Family: Selenite, Malachite, Rose Quartz
Physical: Quartz, Celestite, Amethyst
Children: Amethyst, Citrine, Sepentine
Knowledge: Lapis, Septarian, Lodalite
Career: Labradorite, Lodilite, Jade,
Helpful: Citrine, Malacite, Sunstone
What is color therapy and how does it work? Color has a significant impact on the human mind, body, and soul. That’s why hospitals have certain colors to help with healing, or staying calm. This is a form of healing that is grossly overlooked due to its ease of access, and application. You can play sees colors in each room by painting walls, putting objects of that color in the room, or even something as simple as making your bedroom sheets that particular color. After some time, you will begin to notice a difference in yourself, your environment, and even those who live with you. My family absolutely loves it. So, I’ll even give you a nice breakdown of what each color can do for you.
Red brings in vitality, sensuality, vigor, and confidence. It helps make you feel safe.
Orange stimulate sexuality, allows the ability to have more emotional control over yourself, and can stimulate creativity. It helps fight off feelings of guilt.
Yellow is great for mental focus, clarity, creativity, and transcendence of thought. It helps fight off feelings of shame.
Green helps calm the environment, mind, and body. It’s great for stress relief, healing of all kinds, and promoting healthy life choices. This color helps reinforce your feelings of love and progression from the past.
Blue helps calm the mind, is good for inducing sleep, and promotes the creation of sound. What I mean by this is that it encourages people to talk. Blue helps disarm the soul. It will open up the flow of knowledge available to you.
Purple is great for your intuition. It will heighten your senses, promotes creative problem solving, and allow you to see the bigger picture. Purple is great for stress relief, sleep, relaxation, aids in the creative arts that deal with writing.
White is a high healing color. Yeah - a lot of people have white in their house, but do you notice how much brighter a room is with the white on the walls? Since white is a combination of color, by wearing white you’re constantly exposing yourself to all the colors. Remember you don’t have to just wear it either.
·The last color I recommend, and is my favorite, gold. Though many healers will tell you that white is the master healing color, Gold is a high concentration of light and positive energy. Gold Will motivate you to succeed, and let go of any pesters that don’t really matter. Gold can make you feel great about yourself again, and about living. It will help you heal faster.
4. Plants! Green, Green, Green
I had always had the black hand of death with plants, (I know a shaman plant killer is WEIRD). I had read so much about Japanese forest medicine that my friends figured they would bring the concept to me. They helped me set up a few pots with plants I found beautiful. This in time grew on me. My plants were my pets, I could not ignore feeding them! So, I would start trying to force myself out of bed in the morning, JUST to water the plants. If I went back to sleep…it was a process. As time passed, waking up didn’t seem so heavy, my plant collection grew, and I began to see a shift in myself. If I couldn’t do it for myself, at least I could do it for my garden. The green would great me every morning, helping me change my mental progression each day. It’s safe to say that I am no longer the grim reaper of plants. Push yourself a little more each time, keep hope, and soon you will reap benefits too.
5. Service Dog
Like I said, getting out of the house was difficult beyond comprehension. After some time with the plants, I felt like I could take on a small dog. I was home alone a lot, and since the plants managed to get me up in the mornings, I thought a dog my push me through my day. In time, Artemis became my service dog, and now we go everywhere together. He’s helped me with going out alone, without fear because I have him. If I’m ever anxious… he’s there with all his fluffiness to calm me down. With the help of Artemis, and Pokémon Go, I’m driving again! I only mention Pokémon because it really did motivate me to play. I was forced to go on walks with Art if I wanted to get more levels! So, if you hold a spot for Pokémon…try the combo and see where it goes.
Now, you are probably thinking that getting a service dog is ridiculously hard! Wrong. If you are someone who is blind, or needs a dog for those purposes…you need a professionally trained therapeutic dog. You want to get a service dog because they can go anywhere people are allowed, and cannot be turned down. Emotional support dogs can be turned down at public transportations, and are not considered a requirement for your health.
What you need:
-Get a letter from a mental health professional stating that they recommend a service animal.
-Then get your gear! I went here to get my certificate, vest, and handler ID.
-Carry the prescription and ID with you at all times. No one has the right to ask you why you need the dog, but they can ask you what services the dog provides.
-Know your rights!
RULES:
Your dog must abide by human customs. That means:
-No barking
-No eating off of floors
-No jumping on people
-The Animal has to be under the table by you at all times when sitting unless you have a medical condition that requires the dog on your lap
Your dog should be a hypoallergenic dog that sheds only once or twice a year, if at all.
If you can’t properly train your dog to follow basic commands, I suggest hiring a trainer.
I’ve always had dogs, so I knew what was needed to train Art. I did plenty of research when training so that no one could give me crap later about my service dog.
*FYI- not any dog is considered a service breed…like Pitbulls etc.
If you can’t properly handle a service animal, skip this step entirely because you make it harder for people who actually benefit from this form of healing.
6. Reiki & Antojai
Energy healing is on the rise in western society as of late, but it has been around for centuries. The bible even describes it when Jesus heals by touch. This goes for so many other dogmas, and philosophies. Scientifically, it has only been around since 1922, when Reiki was developed. Almost a century later, 94 years to be exact, Antojai was also developed. Each energy style is great on its own, but it’s when they are put in combination that the definition of energy healing evolves.
Reiki stands for universal life energy. When a Reiki healer works on you, they are filling you with the energy that flows within all life across the universe. If you choose to try this non-invasive method, I would say trying a session first… and if you like it, LEARN IT! If you learn Reiki you will have it readily available at all times. Plus, you will save costs in the long term if you already have financial restraints.
Reiki will prepare your mind, body, and soul for a deeper stage of healing. If you are not used to energy healing, Reiki is the key to understanding energy medicine. This should be a consistent standard to your healing. I give myself Reiki every day. Think of it as a mega anti-depressant, and beyond. If you have body pain, reiki! If you are low on energy, reiki! If you are feeling negative in any way, reiki. You get the point.
Click here, or full detailed medical information about reiki by the University of Minnesota. Reiki gave me the energy I needed to pursue my healing process, and it made it much easier to walk that path.
Some reiki instructions can be expensive, $700+. I teach it in person, or by distance anywhere around the world at a fraction of that. Other courses take a weekend. My course is 2.5hrs, 3 TOPS! That’s how fast you can learn it. Reiki can be achieved by anyone who truly wishes to learn it. Everyone should have access to a form of healing, and it’s because of that reason that I teach it starting at $280/usd. Click here to set up your instruction now!
Now, not everyone can learn Antojai, but you should take advantage of it if you have access to a Antojai Master. I recommend it if you are already a frequent Reiki user, or if you need a deep healing to allow you to enjoy the benefits of reiki.
Antojai essentially targets the causes of your PTSD, and helps you with releasing ties to triggers. My condition was so bad I ended up trying western medications for a while before my research. As I began to apply Antojai to myself daily, I began to see changes in the ways I was thinking, the things I was inspired to do, and so much more. It was because of Antojai and Reiki that this healing suggestion is present today. Antojai opened full access to the components of my subconscious so I could address, heal, release, or erase the glitches within my subconscious. I was on 5 different medications, and today I’m down to 1. With Antojai and Reiki I was able to free myself from the depths of my own mind.
I began applying different signatures of Antojai to myself, and I would switch the signature in use every month. Month one was Kundalini, 2 Emotional Sacral, and so on. For seven months, I applied it to myself- and I’m a totally different person. I feel like I have my life again, and I can pursue being the person I have always aimed to be.
7. Subconscious Diving
Subconscious diving is the act of going within yourself to analyze the root causes of certain thoughts. Some people need a hypnotherapist, or energy healer to help them through this kind of healing. It is possible for you to do it on your own though.
This technique doesn’t work for everyone, but if it does work for you… Take full advantage of it. I constantly dive within my own subconscious to understand myself better by analyzing my experiences. The experience doesn’t really matter where it took place, or when. The importance of this exercise is to understand why a particular effect was in play at that time. For instance:
In mid-college, I had moments where the world just seemed lost, and internally I didn’t know where I was either. This memory use to pop up all the time at random. It wasn’t until I went into my subconscious, and addressed my past self, that I was able to release myself. I sat down with my past self and explain to him what the future holds. I told him that everything would be okay even though right now it doesn’t seem like it. After the first time doing this, I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders, but it wasn’t fully gone. It took me another subconscious dive to that same memory, along with journaling to completely erase my ties to this moment that exacerbated my PTSD.
Not all of these modalities, and techniques will work for everyone, so go with what feels right.
8. Soul Retrieval
So, retrieval is the act of going to a point in time where a vital portion of yourself was lost. This can be in a memory of a past life, your childhood, or something current that you didn’t even notice had taken a portion of you.
Most people need an energy healer, or a past life regression is to help them with this kind of healing. Some Reiki Masters can perform this kind of procedure. If you are accustomed to meditation, you can do it yourself as well. Just go online and find the most popular book on Amazon that talks about the process of soul retrieval. This kind of healing can be very beneficial as it is a form of you putting yourself back together spiritually. This then transfers over to mental faculties, and finally physical.
This kind of healing should only be done when you feel ready for it. Your soul will let you know that you’re prepared to receive this kind of information. You may start hearing, seeing, or thinking about soul retrieval. This is an indication that you perhaps should try this method of healing. The results are completely different for everyone, since we each have our own personalized demons. Try it out!
9. Journal Transfer
The technique of journal transferring your emotions is something many people have done for centuries, and hidden from those of us who actually could benefit from it. It may take you little bit to get accustom to doing this style of healing, but once you start… it’ll be a lifesaver. One major technique I use with journaling is analyzing my life. If I have an altercation with someone, but I just can’t shake it off, I write about it. I deconstruct the meanings behind the interactions, and I find my own rationale.
Other times, I may be faced with a flashback that randomly attacked to me. This is why I carry my journal with me everywhere. It has a pen attached to it that I absolutely love writing with, and my notebook itself is beautiful to look at. It’s the little details that draw me to it. You want to same affect with your journal. Connect with it, as it essentially is an extension of your soul. When I get hit by this flashback, I may be forced to lay down for a while, but I write everything that I can down. Even if it’s not in straight lines, or they’re half ideas… every bit you can get out helps. When you’re Flashback passes, you can look at these notes and deconstruct so many things from it. I’ll give you my example:
Many years ago, I knew this woman who was extremely dense in her ability to connect with other people through empathy. For some reason, I always felt like I had to do something for this woman, but every attempt was met with negativity. I couldn’t avoid her, so I saw no other options at the time. For some reason, it always bothered me not accepting the fact that this person was not worth my energy. That it wasn’t my responsibility to drag her from the depths of her own misery. This tiny detail has haunted me for years without me fully understanding why. When I finally wrote it down, it was as though I transferred the entire experience onto the paper. I was later able to deconstruct it with tree maps, and other methodologies that help you analyze a topic to find peace with this matter.
A moment trapped in history, that haunted my soul for some reason, that would put me down for a 2hour sleep… no longer surfaces. This kind of technique is similar to erasing a file on your computer, or rewriting it all together. This is a similar technique found in soul retrieval, and subconscious diving. I do not limit you to just one particular mode of detoxification. I do know there’re some people who cannot accept the metaphysical easily, and for you this journal technique is perfect. I’ve been doing this technique for over six months now, I love how it has released my mind from the monsters that haunted me.
Not every recollection will fall into a journaling category, interacting with your deepest portions. Feel no stigma, feel no shame because no one needs to know what you’re writing about. Remember, there are people who write every day. I only say this because when I began the journaling technique, I would feel as though I were being judged for being strange. No one judges a person reading a book. Apply that same concept to your writing.
I will be adding an instructional podcast for further assistance on this technique.
10. Forceful Courage
The world may make you feel out of place during your healing. REMEMBER, you are healing. It’s better than being a victim to the consequences of your condition. I'm not entirely healed, but I am determined to continue to fight. I wish you the very best on your journey, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
I leave you with this wonderful TED Talk by Eleanor Longden.
What is Antojai energy healing?
Antojai, and the cravings of life
Reiki & Antojai.
Universal life energy & the Craving energies of life.
It's pretty powerful stuff.
Speed mini-lesson:
The conscious and subconscious are similar to the master drives running your computer. Your brain & mind would be the actual interface you normally would interact with.
Similarly, You can go within the subconscious like you would a terminal to delete, rewrite, and retrieve individual files.
The subconscious is an active realm similar to a ever-changing labyrinth. It is constantly aware of itself, its surroundings, and the conscious.
If has the ability to change to protect itself if needed.
When you dive into the subconscious, this labyrinth program 99.8% of the time will represent itself as you, a version of you. It has the ability to change from a conscious interactive mode to a environmental superconscious mode (the labyrinth). The labyrinth is only present when the subconscious-you feels threatened. It takes this form so that whoever is within the subconscious, cannot access vital files your subconscious believes to be necessary for it's existence. It’s not impossible to access, navigate, or manipulate your subconscious. You just need to know the master rules and codes to stay ahead of the game when dealing with it.
Those codes & rules are Antojai, ascended energy healing. It transcends space, time, existence, light, love, the physical, and the metaphysical all at once… or individually.
Research:
In 2016, I discovered and developed the next stage of energy medicine. I ran experiments after having discovered Antojai, and I directly compared this energy medicine to the last discovered energy healing method, Reiki.
For the last two years, I’ve run experiments on men, women (one of them pregnant), children, plants, and animals; and dealt with cases such as extreme depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies, paranoia, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, physical pains, fibromyalgia, kidney stones, disassociated personality disorder, and subconscious re-programming. More studies are coming as they finish. All have shown HUGE impacts on wellness. My studies have span over different time presets to fully view the range of Antojai. Both Reiki and Antojai can be practiced via distance healing, but Antojai still maintains the ability to add precision to any subject.
I practiced on subjects unaware of my experiments, and subjects informed about some details. In the end, my discovery of the impact of these healing energies on the human experience was motivating and rewarding. More on my studies as my handbook progresses.
So, here’s the run down on Antojai. Reiki is powerful, but it has a particular limit; it can't reach the deepest portions of the subconscious that perpetuates a negative state. Reiki will help the subconscious, but to a certain degree due to its generalization. In theory reiki heals from the outside in, where Antojai works from the inside out. With Antojai, you directly manipulate the subconscious mind, realms, and beyond. This is awesome for people...lets say that have a serious problem breaking a particular habit. Antojai literally begins to erase the “Glitched data” within the subconscious; and then leaves a free space to add something new, or you can rewrite the habit all together. With it you can pinpoint exact locations of problems not only in the subconscious, but each individual chakra gate. Antojai literally has a key access to the 12 chakra system. So lets say you realize during reiki that the source of the problem lies in the sacral chakra...you can change the frequency of healing to Antojai Sacral, you then manipulate that individual chakra manually for the better. By using Antojai, the Master uses kundalini, medical shamanism, and other master signatures. All which I can get into later as we go along. Reiki in a sense is part of the Antojai set, but Usui used individual symbols to target generalized concepts. The master signature of Antojai is Life, which is slightly different than the Usui layout of Universal life, but stronger in a completely different way. It’s like changing Reiki to only the master "Dai Ko Myo."
In order for someone to use Antojai, the sole requirement is shifting your reality. I personally did this through years of training in other realms, & intense induced transcendental meditations. These meditations were focused on releasing your mind from the concepts of reality. The concepts we are fooled into accepting as law. What does that mean? You need to transcend the concept of time, space, and the physical not like you would reiki. You have to make an internal shift of your definition of those concepts, and others not mentioned here.
Strong Reiki masters are needed because Antojai requires the ability to control, intake, and release high amounts of energy not usual for beta-human physiology. The akashic records indicate that Reiki is the first step to manipulation of other life frequencies. Then would come Antojai, and finally if you master both- you would become an Ascended Master that would be tasked with finding other life frequencies for whatever purpose the universe decides to task you. For instance, after Antojai I found the signature of Water, and by using it you can super shock the body into a high healing state by manipulating the water cells in the body to their purest state. Hence creating a domino effect on the cellular sanctity of the patient, etc.
Another reason why only select masters can use Antojai is because the records have a huge warning label: it's powerful. So much so that it will give you the ability to bend multiple factions of this reality. It has a fail safe to make sure those unworthy of its proper control never learn it. You may hear what I am saying, but the record will not let you comprehend. That's because only those of pure soul can be trusted with such knowledge. I’ve lived my lifestyle under the shamanic code since my childhood. The healer must accustom themselves to using these energies at will. You are essentially evolving as an energetic consciousness, and into a Theta wave physical state. If you are truly one with your control of Reiki, then you are already in a Alpha state. After evolving your metaphysical anatomy to Theta, you then will have the ability to access Delta at will. Theta and Delta waves are what grant my future Antojai Masters the ability to walk between, and within multiple dimensions at once.
You need to look at it as a energetic medical kit to understand the dynamics of Antojai. It has combination codes for all sorts of issues. For example, if you combine the talisman of Sight with the talisman of the Astral, you can instantly make a person see auras, etc. Where Reiki requires a general understanding of energy medicine, Antojai requires extensive knowledge of "energetic prescription codes."
Antojai & Reiki belong to the same set of healing frequencies. I would have never discovered Antojai without Mikao Usui, and his development of Reiki. The first step to human evolution.
The Oath Of Antojai:
Antojai will shift your reality for your better, but you are obligated by a universal contract to use it for the good of humanity BEFORE yourself.
You must never use these for ill-will, or you will lose the ability all together.
You must never teach another who you know can not be trusted to be responsible with such knowledge. There are no excuses to this particular rule because once you become a Master of Antojai, you have accepted your role as a guardian of the frequencies. You are guided by the Ascended, and that power is never wrong in judgment. You will always know who is worthy, and your only reason would be that you willingly opened a can of worms. This rule is not one to be taken lightly as you will have to atone for any chaos generated by any individual you do this with. You assume responsibility for their karma.
Let’s say you teach the worthy, and later they become unworthy; not your problem. This knowledge is to be used to evolve the human consciousness.
You can’t stop pursuing your authentic self, or you will lose it.
It is with your help that we can change perspectives on mental health, and the direction of our world. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you for being the driving force behind change in todays hectic world. Share this with as many people as possible, please.
I am currently training High Energy Reiki Masters interested in the opportunity to learn Antojai. There are 7/10 spaces left for students. Message [email protected] to request a spot.

Develop your Intuition
Intuitive Training
It’s hard to connect to your intuition. Especially, with so many different articles telling you how to start using it. The truth is that there is no one way to connect to your intuition, but there are some theories that are more effective than others. I am going to share the way my grandmother (a master medium) showed me how to connect at age 7, and other techniques that I learned from the various shaman masters I have trained under. I will also be introducing my own techniques for further development.
What is your intuition?
It’s the feeling that tells you not trust someone who later turns out to be a bad influence. It’s the gut feeling you get when you make a decision that is in true alignment with your authentic-self. It’s the voice in the back of your head that tells you which way to go. Your intuition is directly connected to your higher-self. Your higher-self is always trying to connect with you for the better. It’s up to you to listen, trust it, and know what is personal thought from your intuition.
How to connect:
1. Be true to yourself
Start paying attention to how you really feel about things. Ignore the input you may feel from other people. The best way to connect to your intuition is to truly follow your hearts desire. Now, this does not give you a freebie to be a douche, or inconsiderate of others.
The theory: is listening to yourself first. This will allow you to detach from what you feel like you are obligated to do for the sake of others. You can’t always do this in wise judgement, but you will notice you sacrifice yourself a lot to make others happy. In effect, you ignore your intuition, thus disconnecting from your higher self. This is the best way to start fighting those questions that make you wonder what actually came from your intuition. When you follow your intuition, you feel a slight energy change, just pay attention. Your sacral chakra located at your naval may spin harder, or you may feel that the anxiety of the question goes away when you decide to do a particular action. With time you should figure it out. Do this for 30days.
2. Don't restrict yourself to a mold.
Don’t feel limited to what you think your intuition should be like. Sometimes intuitive people will try to tell you that you have to experience a certain something to know you’re connected. Wrong.
For instance, my intuition is a voice I hear that tells me, “Hey Antojai, this is a good idea.” This is called clairaudience. For some of my students, they just know something to be true. They don’t know exactly how, but to go against this feeling of certainty means error. This is called clairsentience.
To best connect with your intuition, you just have to test it, allow it to flourish however it wants to, and trust it like you would trust a compass.
3. Clear the Brow chakra
When you meditate, I want you to focus on your third-eye located just above the center of your eyebrows. Focus on a beautiful indigo going in through your nose, and filling in the third-eye. At the same time, I want you to imagine any blockages leaving your third eye as a grey-black smoke. This exercise helps clear blockages in your third-eye.
•Chakra Science says that the
ThirdEye + Sacral Chakra together = your intuition.
•Your intuition + Root chakra = a response!
So, focusing on these chakras, and clearing them is your goal. Everything you do with chakra, you will notice, is a formula, a science. The Third-eye is linked to the unspoken knowledge of the world. It’s a frequency-dimension filled with the thoughts we don’t share, the emotions we run from, and all information ever conceived on earth at this present time. It’s basically a secret radio channel you can learn to tune into. Though, you can’t do that unless you can learn how to control your emotions to some degree, located in the Sacral chakra. The Sacral chakra, if not managed, will allow interruptions caused by the logical mind which is connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra. You don’t want the Solar plexus to force you to over think, causing confusion on what actually is your intuition.
🦅🦆Think about animals. We all know they are intuitive. We have seen birds leave an area before a natural disaster. How do bears know when to wake? How does a Falcon catch prey with such precision? Simple, Intuition combined with physical instinct. You need to become one with your intuition by forcing yourself not to question it. Animals don’t question their instincts, they just roll with them. You should too!
4. Play Intuitive games!
🔮📿Try this with someone else: on pieces of paper write about 5 numbers or letters (easy ones). Have your friend pull a paper while you try to guess what is on the paper. Do this for 5-10 minutes every other day. You will begin to notice that your intuition is usually the first instinct you get. "It's A." Now if you think too much about it, "It's A, no wait, C...maybe A..."
Pay attention to how many times your intuition got the game-test write until you feel confident to use your intuition.
🤹🏽♂️Another game I love to play is the lost traveler game! Walk around a safe town, in areas you normally don't walk through. I like to walk and walk until I'm completely lost in a directional sense. From there, I let my intuition guide me home, or to the coffee shop I'm looking for. At first this game may feel like a waste of time because you may get lost the first few times. Try it on days where you have no responsibilities. In time you will start to see a difference.
💎💗The last game I recommend is the Compass game. I learned this one from Native American Shamans. A lot of us are lost without a phone, or technology! Find what direction you are facing right this second! You can use your phone, relax. If you lose track, just reference your phone and pick up where you left off. After you find the answer, turn off your phone and go on for as long as possible tracking which direction you are facing. This will connect you to the unspoken knowledge of the Earth. The Earth is our final source if intuitive knowledge! She's always talking to us, we just need to learn how to listen. This has got to be the most powerful exercise you can do for your intuition. It enhances all of your chakras as well.
As you connect to your intuition, you'll begin to notice that new techniques for developing your intuition will start presenting themselves to you. This could be in the form of a book, advice you hear from someone, or just a random thought that's so strong you couldn't ignore it. Keep an eye out for these synchronicity's. Now the universe is starting to talk to you directly.
Feel free to let me know how these tips turned out for you, and don't be afraid to email me for more tips at [email protected]

Prolonged exposure on flowers
Ascended Energy Healing on Plants
Started July 1, 2017; Ended October 12, 2017
3x Cosmos
3x Calendula
3x Fennel
Frequency 8Time, 9Soul, 10Mthr.Earth
My team and I placed one of each species in each frequency. I gave each freshly planted pot 15min exposure times for the first 4 weeks, followed by double exposure times the following four weeks, and no exposure the last month. We also grew them simultaneously apart from another study where the plants had no exposure to ascended energy.
Cosmos usually bloom in 7 weeks. Calendulas sprout at 5-15 days. Fennel needs about 90 -115 days to harvest.
Date Map:
Four days in 9Soul studies Calendula, and Cosmos sprout. None of the N-studies have shown.
Six days in 10Earth Cosmos sprout.
Eight days in 8Time Cosmos sprout. The next day it is the same height as 9Soul Cosmos. It took longer to sprout as though time was slowed down for the seed, and the once sprouted- time sped up the length of four days for the plant. The dirt from the 8’s is very strong, and calming. The 10Earths seem to be growing down than up. The 9’s are very green and when you give them energy you can activly see them grow!
Ten days in I notice that even though 9Souls are growthing slowly, they are greener than the 8Times. The next day I noticed that the Cosmos studies with no exposure were growing straight, yet the 8Time Cosmos was twisting. The normal studies sprout.
Thirteen days and the remaining two 10Earths Fennel & Calendula sprout. 8Time Fennel & Calendula sprout. It looks like the 8Times & 10Earths are growing faster than 9Soul.
Eighteen days in the 10Earths seem to be dying. The next day they looked worse so I double the energy to see if something changes. The 8 & 9’s are doing just fine! I think too much exposure to earth energy overloaded the plants, causing them to die prematurely. At twenty days, they seem to be coming back! So I left it one day without energy to recover.
At Thirty days only 5 out of 9 plants remain from the F-study. 8Cosmos, 8Fennel, 10Fennel, 9Calendula, 9Cosmos. The N-studies remained unaffected. All the N-studies were growing faster than the F’s...though the F’s sprouted first.
The next month, I doubled the frequency doses to see if it would help the flowers survive, or change.
The only flowers to bloom fully, were the Cosmos. The normal flowers had blossomed except the Fennel.
The final month, I gave them no energy. The 10Earths Calendula, and Cosmos re-sprout!
What we noticed:
The Frquency plants required less watering, and could go for days without water. The normal plants could not do this.
The F-studies were greener, taller, thicker, and out lived the all the Normal species. Though many died, the studies that took the energy well became stronger.
The N-studies were a white color when the petals bloomed, where the Frequency species all had gold petals! We also noticed a strong aura around the F-studies that made them more vibrant, taller, and greener.

How to find a reliable Psychic that works for you!
Hey everyone,
So, I am writing this new post due to the increasing complaints I hear about people going to Psychics who didn’t know what they were doing. Many of my clients see a immediate difference when they come to me for their reading, after seeing someone else. So if you are not in the Detroit area, I want to help you find someone in your area that is WORTH YOUR TIME & MONEY! Remember, I do online video & phone distance readings for people all around the world.

Real fast:
Psychics are people who have extra sensory abilities, but this does not mean they are Masters, or Mediums.
Mediums tend to be Female, but are not limited to the female sex. Many elitist will preach that only women can be mediums. FALSE! Mediums tend to be connected to afterlife energies. All mediums are not the same. Some just deal with the dead, others dabble in various arts.
Ascended Masters are mostly Male, but not limited to the male sex. Ascended Masters are connected to the frequencies of life & reality. Like myself, we tend to do a lot of education, awakening, and research of ancient knowledge; combining it with discoveries found in Quantum Science. Our goal is to help the human race evolve. Ascended Masters are undeniable. You know when you are around one without question because their energy is so strong they instantly calm you, or make you feel power in the room. Ascended Masters are not all the same either as we each have dedicated ourselves to a particular study of quantum shamanism.
The first thing you need to do before scheduling any appointment, is to do some online research. You will notice that a true psychic with “accurate-sight” will have high ratings, and reviews across various platforms. Most of their work maybe on their website. If there is a nice blend of Facebook, Yelp, Google, or other reviews to back up their site testimonials; you can rest assured there is credibility about this readers skills.
Some shops have readers they switch out seasonally. These shops can easily fool you. Especially, if they sell other products. This is because the shop is riding off its general name, not the quality of readers they provide.
Pay attention to the reader’s energy when you first meet them. Many times, you can feel the presence of a powerful reader through their profile, and photos. There’s just a draw to them. Psychics that are good at what they do, have a energy that lets you know they’re connected. You might just intuitively know that the reader is proficient, or you may just feel it. Mediums and Masters will have a chakra presence that assures you they are connected to a higher source.
Let’s pretend you are now sitting down with this reader to begin. The reader has to “Warm-Up”- this person is not good at the craft. Leave! A true reader should be able to start fortune telling almost immediately. Especially, if they use Tarot, Runes, Tracing, or Angels. Why? When a reader is truly one with their spiritual tools, there is no “warm-up” needed. The tool is one with its reader, an extension of the self. Readers that use Spirits may have a lag time between answers as they are relying on someone else. Still no warm up needed, they just take a second to answer each question- sort of like being on dialup.
If any reader, ASSURES YOU that something will absolutely happen; Leave!
Fortunes are tied to reality; reality is tied to multiple dimensions; we constantly surf between these dimensions as we manifest our desires. You can change direction at any time if you decide to go against the grain of your current reality-set.
Fate does not exist, but Destiny does. Fate is having no control over what happens. Everything is preplanned, and can’t be changed. Destiny though, is the path to your true-self. Your true self can change with your growth and manifestations. Destiny adapts to your growth. Though we surf different demensions within the same universe, a Destiny is still there. Your destiny has just been modified to fit the final reality you reach.
A reader can truely only say that there is a high-possibility a particular outcome may/will happen...unless something is altered.
If they say they can do a spell to fix your problems...Leave. Spells have more whiplash than benefits. Some readers can help you by giving you energy healing, or counseling so that you surf towards a dimension that is aligned with your true self.
Some psychics will leave their answers open-ended or half answered so that you are forced to come again and finish the reading. This person is scamming you. A reader should answer all the questions you came in with. You may end up asking more as the session goes on, where if time runs out you will have to schedule a new appointment for your new questions. This is normal.
Finally, if the reader made you feel secure, answered, and centered - LEAVE THEM A REVIEW! This ensures that they can reach more people who actually need their services. You are also helping weed out any fakes, and those who are not adept to help the public.
