💜💜💜 Realfood ! Can you feel/taste/smel the difference of organic food and non organic ? I absolutely do! Apples, cucumbers and tomatoes especially smell and taste so much better and meat + dairy leaves me satiated for much longer. 💜💜💜 Today's dish is stuffed butternut squash! It has organic ground beef , red onions , tomatoes , bellpepper , corn , kidney beans, sour Cream , Butter and some gouda cheese. Don't realy have exact receipt because I usualy cook without measuring anything , but you can make it very easily! Simply preheat oven on 400F , cut butternut squash in half and take out seeds and the squishy stuff from around them 😄 cover the cut side with softened butter and bake for around an hour. In the meantime chop your veggies and sauce them in butter (except tomatoes), ghee or olive oil until soft , aďd ground beef , salt, pepper, cilantro, maybe smoked pepper or just red pepper flakes and other your favourite spices, some cream( few TBSP) , kidney beans, corn and chopped tomatoes and let everything simmer until tomatoes are soft. Add cheese and mix everything well. Scoup little bit of the longer part of butternut squash out and stuff it with your veggies and meat mixture. You can bake it for 15 more minutes or just eat like this. Serve bit sourceam (not nececerly though) Scooped out butternut squash you can use for desert or pie or even soup 😄 I am pretty sure you can easily veganise this dish and it will be still awesome 😉 💜💜💜 I am not realy on paleo diet or keto, but on real food diet. I buy veggies and Eggs from a farmer, fresh milk and cream from another, meat from third, free range organic meat, farm. If I could I would grow my own ! I make my own yoghurt , butter, ghee, saurcream and kefir or sour milk. And my dream is to rent or own a house where I could atleast keep chickens and bees 😄 but untill then I buy as much as I can organic, locally grown food. I try to stay away from sugary fruits , potatoes and grains
