Been in and out of the doctors offices and they want me to have #surgery. Something in me says don't trust it and I don't. So I'm looking into #natural and #holistic alternatives for #healing and #recovery. I don't mind putting in the work. The #universe pointed me towards the #herblady (aka #herbsistah ) and so I'm trying this #womb #detox as well as other things to improve my #health. I'm going to document everything so I can track progress and see what works and I need to let go.

@lisa2motivate was on @bevysmith #podcast (#BevySays) and what she said resonated with me. I listen to the podcast more than once! In the podcast she said she was doing a tour and I wanted to see her but did not know if she would be in the #Atlanta area. Fast forward a couple of couple of weeks and I find out that you get a ticket with a purchase of the book and one of the places she will be is Atlanta!!! So I'm excited to see Lisa! I know it's meant for me to hear her speak! I'm #grateful for the opportunity. Damn right! #EckhartTolle said we would #evolve or #die. That's one of my favorite quotes from #ANewEarth. We are not suppose to stay the same, we are suppose to evolve, grow and flourish. That is what the human experience is about. We have become condition to go to work , buy shit we do not need and proceed to have this "normal" life that "society" said we should have. #RinseAndRepeat. We don't live we are on autopilot. It's so easy to get trapped into this sick conditioning called life. As #spiritualbeings we are suppose experience #love and #happiness, not #debt #unhappiness and #numbness. We are meant to #love experience and #connect but lot of people feel #isolated and #disconnected. Why is that? How can we be connected and in touch with others when we are disconnected and out of touch with ourselves. One of the most rewarding and challenging things I have done is to get to know myself. The #GoodBadAndTheUgly 😕 How can I be a great human and being If I don't acknowledge and #celebrate who I am and #change the things that needs improvement. It's a daily task but worth it. I learn stuff about myself everyday(good and bad) because I want to to add to this world instead of subtract. I have #hope in a world that seems to be #grim but I know starting with myself and being my best self is a great way to start. That will overflow to others and will have a domino effect. If we all strive to be our best and follow our bliss that will make a huge difference!
