Speaking of my decision to give the not-cats wings and backstories here’s one I’m particularly proud of that I did for the user @/adore on Pixel Cat’s End Kittens sometimes whisper that Dakota can fly, but chooses not to. Some see this as an exaggeration: she is certainly agile but leaping from tree to tree is quite different from true flight. Others say no, they've seen her coming back from her favored stargazing spot and clearing jumps no cat could have. A hint of feathers, a swarming of fireflies despite there being none before, and then she's there! Even the flowers on her head sometimes flicker into something glowing and shapeless! Dacota herself thinks little of it, she leaps because she has places to be. Why would she not make a jump? But sometimes, when she is playing a little game with herself and picking what stars of the sky she likes most, the reflections of them on her fur feel warm and she wonders.

so yeah I was never part of the warrior cats fandom but like i think i get y’all now this is fun

apparently dragons were not enough for me I am now also on the cat website aka Pixel Cat’s End please enjoy my immediate decision to put make the cats long and give a bunch of them wings I am definetly not going to just make them fluffy dragons I swear im on this site to get cats well not-cats actually but ya kno

@froogboi ‘s goat child aka Al is adorable also go look at his art This is the creatureified version of him >:D I put too much detail into this and am still mourning the fact that the underwater flowers in the neck of the spooki version aren’t very visible :’( also it somehow turned into a Hades style illustration?? idk why or how but I am STOKED and will attempt to replicate this  there will also be a part 2 of this bc I made another version of the creature :)

@froogboi suggested i draw a dragon she/her version of the he/him wizard trifecta that iguanamouth did also... I had no idea the same person that did the wizard pronouns also drew the unusual hoard dragons but this feels so right  @iguanamouth you are very cool and I admire your art a lot!!! like I’ve been seeing seeing it since i was like a much smaller human and it feels to cool to run into it again today :D I hope ur doin well
