"I'm sure she will. Especially given how much compassion you seem to preach to her on a regular basis," Samantha said genially. "I figure the teenage years are what most parents dread," she considered with a laugh. "Do you really think she'll be the door-slamming type? My parents told me I was nothing like that so who knows, maybe she'll be a more docile teen too?"
April laughed, "No, I don't see her as the type but those hormones haven't started yet," she pointed out, "And besides, I was an okay teen. Or at least I hope I was. I'll have to ask my dad. I suppose we'll wait and see with Isla either way. I've got a few years left, yet.
