This new amigo was so fun to listen to! Heâd nod cheerfully to the otherâs words, giving a little chuckle.Â
âI learned a lot, living in an orphanage. Seeing smiles on the faces of my amigos, I did what I could to learn how to bring one to their faces, si?â
Heâd spent a good deal of his early years on the streets before heâd been found and taken to an orphanage. Heâd done a few things to survive then that heâd never do now, but he could feel it in his heart--he would be able to prevent other children from feeling how he did, so long ago.Â
But a job? All he did was wander around challenging others to cardfights to help spread the popularity of the clan he was a part of. How would he even begin to explain it? The otherâs handshake had been nice, it had cemented the trust Jaime had so willingly given to his new friend.Â
âThey say if you like your job, itâs like you donât have one at all! I guess you could say I travelled the world, spreading the info about a clan that was long lost, how it has returned. I meet so many interesting amigos when wandering too!â
Ah yes, he was excited, but there was a small part of him that was exhausted as well.Â
But, Merlin had made sense about finding the apartment. Seeing the world in a day could be dangerous, and all sayings like that. âSi. mi amigo...â He stepped in closer as he was beckoned, looking just a tad worried, but heâd never explored to the point of unconsciousness before, and, well...
He always loved to try new things. Not exactly this, however.Â
âMy apartment is...X-4, I believe. X-4, x-4, have you seen that combination....bee-four?â With that heâd offer a chuckle, grinning despite any fatigue that may be manifesting.Â
âIs that close enough for a bingo? Are we lucky, amigo?âÂ
