Decided to scroll through twitter today and the way some Lestat fans react to loustat fight over incest reveal is... interesting. 'I need Louis to stay away from Lestat', 'It doesn't matter that he apologized immediately, what he said was fucked up'. The anger is so blown out of proportion it seems like they are almost happy to finally have a reason to be mad at Louis and say he is the one who needs to stay away from Lestat. You can see these people were impatient to call him names ever since the drop and the trial.

What's the logic here? Lestat drops Louis from the sky but I never see these people say that Lestat needs to stay away from Louis after this. Louis acts insensitive and immediately admits he was wrong and suddenly he needs to stay away.

Amel and Akasha's blood also can't excuse this. It's on Lestat to learn how to control it, because if he can't control it, then he shouldn't be with anyone. Lestat still warns his band members about his blood and says it's untameable when it gets out of control.
