⭐️ I go by Tabby, in my very late 20s, very multifandom. Blog is family-friendly or at most PG-13ish so nothing too wild here (I’m also not a big fan of NSFW or anything crazy explicit so I most likely wouldn’t post or reblog any of that)

Imma share some of my blog history/lore below the cut, along with additional information about me:
Blog name and focus:
I started out here as a Tangled/Tangled the Series blog, which was what brought me into the fandom space to begin with, and thetangleddreamer was my most distinct name from what I remember. Therefore, you might find a crazy amount of Tangled/TTS content in my past posts and reblogs, and occasional ones to date. Though I’m no longer active in the Tangled fandom, I will be eternally grateful for my experience with it and how it’s what got me to join fandom spaces and interact with others, to start writing fanfics, and even make some art.
Star Wars having always been my favorite saga to ever exist, has been pretty often blogged and reblogged here, leading me to change my name to thisdreamyjedi when I decided to go multifandom, as a shift in blog focus while paying a homage to my fandom roots and previous name.
I then changed my name to the current arcadianmoonshadowjedi, which I personally felt sounded less cringy and was best reflective of the multifandom nature of this blog; as a homage to some of my biggest hyperfixations that I’ve heavily posted about (Tales of Arcadia, The Dragon Prince, Star Wars), even though they’re not exclusive. Other things I have posted a lot about and still do when I want include The Owl House, Amphibia, RWBY, Arcane, The Legend of Korra, Tales of Arcadia (used to be a lot more active in the fandom than now), and MCU, just what I can think of at the moment lol.
Anywho, with all that out of the way, here’s some important information I would wish for you to know about before interacting/following:
I simply do not have the time or energy in the day for any petty drama. My main goal here in fandom spaces is to enjoy my time and take breaks from real world stressors.
That being said, no bullying or hostility of any kind will be tolerated on my blog. If you don’t like/tolerate any content I post/reblog, you’re more than welcome to not follow or just block me, but no policing or any kind of attack will be tolerated.
Also if you follow/interact and I find a lot of the content you post makes me uncomfortable, I’ll most likely block you myself so I won’t bother putting an aggressive dni list here. Suspected bots will immediately be blocked! Discussions are welcome but be nice. Otherwise think before you interact or I will gladly report and block if you harass me!
I made these paintings of Tagah and Sonam for the flashback sequences in the Avatar Aang movie, which I was so lucky to help guide the style direction of.

Currently working on: Another blanket! I've been itching to crochet another blanket, so I finally gave in haha. It's probably only going to be baby sized, but that's okay because... drumroll please... I'm planning an afghan temperature blanket for 2027!!! I'm so fucking excited, I finally get to make another afghan!! I have been dying to make another one. (As if I don't already have four... five, if you count the one I gifted to my best friend.)

Current Obsession: hmm, I'm a little in between, aside from the perpetual obsessions. How about a new drink I tried? Soooo, places around me have started advertising dirty sodas. I'd heard about them, knew how they started, etc, etc...but ya girl loves a fancy drink. I am a CONVERT. Got a vanilla coke and put a little splash of vanilla coffee creamer in it and oh my gOSHHHH. It's like an ice cream float but after all the ice cream's melted?? So good...I'm honestly gonna go make one right now, idc that it's 10 in the morning.
Currently Working On: Well, my goal for today is to wrap up the last few ficlets I have nearly ready for rayllum month! Then...not sure! I have some ideas for rayllum AU-gust...but they aren't very fleshed out. I'll which ways the wind blows...

Last Google Search: "pointer catching flies"...I'm dog-sitting two German Shorthaired Pointers this week and there was a fly in the guest bedroom last night...that one of the pup was very intent on catching. I guess I was mostly googling to make sure there was nothing wrong with letting her?? Mental stimulation, I suppose, haha. She did, in fact, snap that bad boy right outta the air.

He always has, really. His feelings have always fluctuated between fondness and frustration for various reasons since fourteen, which—
Ha—is pretty moon-y itself, he thinks, watching his moon arrange herself just oh so alluringly across their bed, while he flips his sketchbook closed.
She beams, and the words are a knowing, gentle tease: “Wasting moonlight, Callum.”
Even connecting to the arcanum itself had been more than a little bittersweet: he and Rayla finally really, really talking about everything. He’d long since forgiven her, of course—or rather decided that there was nothing to forgive, but it’d still hurt his heart, anyway, learning the entirety of the dark parts that’d made his brave, beautiful Rayla go off on her own for all that time. She’d talked about it all for him, too, letting him in deeper than maybe ever before, struggling with words and the biggest big feelings he’d ever heard her admit to…all so he could have a hope of understanding her arcanum, at long last.
He can’t wish away the dark side, no matter how much her dark hurts her (or him). He loves her completely, because of the light and the dark. He wouldn’t wish hers away…and that’d been the breakthrough.
His is ever-present, too, always there, no matter the illusion he paints. A flip-side—not just something buried deep beneath the surface.
He’d come out the other end of their Silvergrove vacation feeling the moon phase in his bones and understanding—not just accepting—that desperation was just devotion’s flip-side.
A part of love’s ever-presence.
The first full moon since they’ve been back here at home at the Banther Lodge glows through the window, bathing her—Rayla, love itself—in a pale, bright beam…and as conflicted as he’s ever felt about the dark parts, he’s never doubted:
this is advice I've given friends directly before and I've probably also posted it but I really like giving it so here it is potentially again: do not create something for an imaginary bad faith reader.
there will always be someone who finds fault in your work. there will be people who read the messages on it wrong. there will be people who will take every compelling aspect about your work off of it so they can put in their own.
you cannot make art for these people.
you will never write a story that is free from criticism. you will never draw a piece that everyone finds appealing. you will never compose a song that everyone enjoys hearing. you cannot, fundamentally, set out to create something and only think of how you can avoid someone not liking it.
because, and this is key, there will be someone who sees every angle of your story and feels its intent in their heart and gushes to their friends about it. you will draw someone's favorite art and they will make it their phone wallpaper because they want to see it every day. someone will fall in love with your song and loop it on their way to work because it gets them through the day. and THOSE are the people your work is for. THOSE are the people you have to care about, because they love what you make for what it is - because it's itself.
if you set out to create something and file off every sharp edge, prune every thorn, you will be left with something fragile and weak, and it will be fragile and weak for the sake of someone who does not exist but that you were scared of anyway.
sharing art is complex and tangled and powerful, and anything you care enough to create deserves to flourish as itself. get sillay.

I feel like people have this misconception that friends always agree with you. This is incorrect; A true friend will disagree with you, and even call you out on your bullshit, and still be your friend.
