Genuinely I'm so sick of the opinion that Ash Ketchum sucks at pokemon. First of all, he's a ten year old, your ass was forgetting about the type chart at ten years old, don't even lie, but second of all, have you SEEN his tournament results? Top 16 in his DEBUT League tournament, Top EIGHT when he came back after putting together a brand new team in Johto. Another top 8 in Hoen, a top FOUR in Sinnoh, another top 8 in Unova, and the silver medal in Kalos. That's to say nothing of him becoming the champion of Alola AND the Orange Islands, PLUS his invitation to and subsequent completion of the Battle Frontier, which earned him the right to settle down and become a Frontier Brain if he so desired. All of this before he wins the world tournament in Galar.

Like if we consider his resume like a fighting game player, he made top 16 at his first major and then proceeded to never miss a top 8 appearance, and he legitimately dominated nonstandard formats. While constantly swapping out pokemon between regions. If your favorite fighting game player kept making top 8s and kept switching characters between tournaments, you'd think they were the greatest of all time. The indigo League had over 200 entrants, and most of them are older than Ash and have been doing it for longer, AND they weren't harassed by the goat of queer villain trios every step of the way!! Boy is a generational talent, and people don't see that because he had to learn the same thing each and every one of you did on the big screen.

Sorry no sorry, but I can't stop thinking about how Ladybug/Marinette is the most powerful Miraculous holder (in her world at least), not only because of her brains, team and her miraculous, but because she literally is friends with Bunnyx, the holder of the rabbit miraculous, one of the most powerful and broken, if not the most powerful and broken, miraculous in existence we know. The fact that, if both were akumatized or turned evil somehow, there'd be only ashes of old worlds and chaos.

Customized Wands

Just had this idea while watching Pokemon anime and a video 'bout the games about Keystones and Mega Stones. I absolutely love how they have this thing about the oppositing trainers having customized Keystones, or having their aces with different acessories for their respective Mega Stone. It makes me wonder if this could be a thing in other fantasy worlds, like Super 4. Just imagine the fairies, elves, witches, wizards or other object-based wielders having this. I don't mean it as "this artifact is like their wand", but like, "their wand is this artifact". Idk how to explain it clearly, but for example, the pirates in Mad Mad World, they acted like fairies and had wands, but in their style still, with their sabers functionally essentially as a wand. Other example is Hagrid with his broken wand, which was then "fixed" into his memorable, pink umbrella. Just like that, a wand/scepter that manifest as a book, umbrella, sword or a "keystone" for witches and wizards. Again, I don't mean it as a magical or mystical artifact playing wand, but a wand as a "generic" magical artifact that is still essentially a wand.

Random thing, but I was watching a Pokeclip of Arceus VS Dialga, Palkia and Giratina from Arceus and the Jewel of Life when I heard Super 4 dragons' roar from Dialga and Giratina. At first, like, in a million firsts, I didn't notice it nor cared for it, until I hear it again and my mind go like, "wait, wtf?". I know that specific Pokemon movie came before Super 4, precisely in 2009, while our favorite childhood show came out in 2014, but Idk, I can't not associate that roar the two legendary Pokemon let with Super 4 dragons' roar.

If Wonka (2023) were a high fantasy/drama/horror movie and Willy Wonka were actually confirmed to be a top-tier alchemist/magician or a fully magical being, acting like it, then we'd have a very angry, very powerful threat. I always imagined Willy post destruction of his worshop or after Slugworth attempt murdering Noodle, he'd be like, "okay, I had enough of this shit, lemme be your karma", then proceed to be a Poison Ivy or Gloriosa Daisy (Gaea Everfree) of candies, twisted justice and pure imagination.

Since we had multiple horror versions with other Wonkas, so why not pick up the sweetest candy man and make him a villain/anti-hero too? Though, I suppose his villain arc would be much more dramatic and terrifyingly tragic.

Honestly, between a cute, pure hearted and, frankly, annoying Twinkle shown in most S1 episodes and some S2 episodes and the sassy, smart, kinda innocent but not stereotypical Twinkle shown in specefic episodes, I think I prefer the sassy Twinkle. She's iconic, and she really do feel more like a protagonist, like, she's still naive sometimes, and certainly clumsy, but she's not dumb, or she feels like the classic yet annoying "kwai girl who's only there to be cute and clumsy and submissive". That Twinkle, despite having some female character stereotypes, can still be appreciated as something more, having more personality than in her debut.
