Thinking about walking through a festival with a friend I've known for a while, waiting for it to start. The sun is setting and they have a show prepared a little later. We've been walking around for a while and there's no chairs for some reason. And maybe it's the wait time,or the fact there's no chairs, or that I feel so comfortable around her I put my head on her chest. She's a little startled at first but then leans her chin on my head and wraps an arm around me. I can feel her soft heartbeat and smell her familiar scent which feels like I'm already home. I tease her about being a boney pillow but I'm more focused on the way she makes me feel when she just stands there. So comfortable.
