Welcome to my blog. In December 2007 I watched a dvd of The Secret, a film about how to harness the law of attraction, which was the catalyst for an epic quest I subsequently embarked on: To find and fall in love with my True Self. Along the way my outlook and understanding of myself and life changed, as I connected with things i love, particularly dancing (as a small child I dreamed of being a ballerina or a nun). Food and cooking are also part of the love affair I share with life, and recently (I'm doing my best to) became vegan. I love make up and nice clothes. I love beauty and during my Abrahamic-Walks around the world I photograph street and body art, and of course the creations of this beautiful planet upon which we live. I love having fun and laughing loud while watching funny films. In fact one of my favourite things to do is laughing. I love travelling and having awesome adventures. I use this space to share my thoughts and pics on all of the above and much more. I will eventually be starting seperate blogs focusing on my key messages: Falling in love with my self. I've called it A Recipe 4 Happiness because during my quest to find and fall in love with my True Self, I got happy, and wanted share some of my happy with you. Although seeing beauty and having awesome experiences helps me feel the happiness and joy I experience, it actually comes from within my heart and soul. It comes from the only sustainable Source of joy, which for me, is the only acceptable form of happiness. My ultimate Source of happiness is God. I love God. Blessings, light and love xxx

HOW TO GET OVER YOUR EX In this video I share some of the tools and processes I have used over the years that helped me on my quest to find and fall in love with myself, as well as inadvertently get over an ex I had been unconsciously waiting to get back either for almost a decade - which meant I sabotaged all possibilities of a new relationship coming to me I share what has worked for me because I remember the pain and heartache that comes with wanting to not think about this person all the time, and that desires freedom, but not knowing what to do or how to help myself. Loving my outfit today (I have on bright pink socks with white flats 😊) #14 growing #LoveLocs going #blonde When I'm going to do something scary or facing a challenge, I take Cibdy Laupers advice and get super colourful in my clothing. I love wearing bright colours anyway. They make me feel happier. In fact, I just went through my wardrobe and chucked out a few things, and realised with great joy that I have three black items. One of which are leggins, the other is an old cumfy cumfy pair of house trousers and the third a pair of cycling shorts I wear while doing Pilates. Everything else in my wardrobe is mostly yellow, peachy, pinky #HappyDays #colours #golden #love #stylenotfashion #HowIDo Have an epic rest of the day. No matter what we face, God and the fairies of the universe are facing it with us. We can choose to be a victim and say "argh, why is this happening to me?"
