Ngl have you ever just have a wave of sadness and existential dread when you want to make progress in ur life but u feel unmotivated for some reason and that makes you spiral on how ur future is gonna turn out but ur still tired and don't have the energy for it so you continue to spiral and spiral to the point it physically pains you

And then u forget the next day so now it's all well
