the responses of popular dandy's world fandom blogs are so disappointing to see, but not unexpected. many say that they will no longer be financially supporting the game nor will they be playing it, but will still post and talk about it, and even put the controversy aside because it is "too heavy"… boycotting can't possibly be so hard.

i might do a few banners that say something along the lines of "i don't support blushcrunch/qwel" in hopes of people at the very least using those, but i am not so sure.

with the release and discussion of obsession, and my return to roblox, i've been thinking of revisiting my game idea…

after playing(?) bad things, i had thought of an idea of a similar game, but themed around caving. at some point into my brainstorming, i thought to make what was essentially the ivan of the story "lowkey misogynist" (my own words, paraphrased), but now that i'm thinking things through with a new mindset, i think something similar could be done and could be done better if i leaned more into making that the horror. for context, the other main character and «love interest» is a woman. i'll see what to make of it.
