ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?
Westworld did this as well. Storytelling is dead!
Nobody in marvel projects can tell stories all they know is sassy one liner, easily removable frame of gay, character reveal for movie a decade out, racism, and lie.
honey is the only food product that never spoils. there are pots of honey that are over five thousand years old and still completely edible
i also want to point out we know it tastes the same even after thousands of years b/c archaeologists who discovered two thousand year old honey tasted it. presumably right after they looked at each other and went “what the hell here goes nothing”
I’m pretty sure they also identify human remains by taste. Archaeologists are straight up freaks.
No, no no… you identify bone from rock or other substances by touching it to your tongue. If it sticks, it’s bone. The taste itself has nothing to do with it. And most archaeologists won’t lick human bones if they know they’re human.
…and I realize that doesn’t actually do much to prove archaeologists aren’t freaks.
mai nam is jane and wen i dig i fynde some roks both smol and big i put my tung upon the stone for science yes i lik the bone
I’m sitting with a bunch of archaeologists and we just laughed so hard we CRIED we’re getting tshirts with this on them
I will never ever get tired of seeing bredlik poems. It is really one of the seminal art forms of the century. I am not being sarcastic.

hickeys are beautiful because they are the only time a bruise results from love and affection rather than harm
false i have a bruise that resulted from my deep love and affection for spaghettios and my inability to hold onto the can of spaghettios
they hated this poor herb so fucking bad
I do think it’s kinda funny how Weiss is like, a public figure in the world outside of combat. she’s performed in venues and is famous for her singing, not to mention her father’s an even more famous monopolist billionaire. like imagine you’re under attack by nightmare monsters and the person who saves you is Paris Hilton, that’s gotta be wild, right?
I went to the Korean consulate with my mom and brother today and my stupid ass was so used to speaking Korean to hide what I'm saying that I was like "What if we stole that computer in the hallway" in Korean to my family in a government building filled with Koreans
The Terror: Infamy - 2x10 - “Did something happen tonight? In the war?”
the dawning realization of this gif set is so chilling
Another thing they did was in the ending credits, they put the cast and crew alongside pics of their ancestors during the war, some who served, some who were interred in American camps, some who were both. So for example, the lead actor, Derek Mio:
Marcus Toji, who played an interpreter in the show:
The director, Lily Mariye:
There were others too, but the actors in the scene giffed above? George Takei and Sab Shimono? They were in camps themselves.
When I read Hiroshima I felt like I knew where this was going, but the last gif still made my heart stop for just a moment
