It’s possible to work with a lot of characters, just remember that the number of main characters is determined by what the story needs, not what the author wants.

The Overly Self Narrator makes a narrative sound very fake.

Character voice can develop over time and having to rewrite sections to fit that is normal.

POV switches need a space break or a chapter break.
