aaaa i heard it’s soft sunday!!! here are a couple random headcannons i have about the haikyuu boys :)
bokuto never wears sunscreen but owns probably 4 bottles of aloe vera
iwaizumi carries an extra bottle of water in his backpack on days when seijoh has practice in case one of his teammates forgets theirs
yamaguchi is the best gift giver out of all the karasuno players (when it’s a players birthday, he picks out a special gift just for them)
ushijima spent far more time picking out pillows for his bed than was necessary
daichi keeps medicine like ibuprofen or tylenol with him in case someone needs it
sugawara does the same but with bandaids
tanaka learned how to sew from his sister, but no one knows except noya
asahi was experimenting how to wear his hair less tightly and there was a 3 day long period where he wore two french braids to practice
kageyama can’t make toast without burning it
hinata challenges kageyama to a chug contest whenever they pick up their water bottles at the same time
tsukishima knows how to bake beautiful pastries, but only yamaguchi knows
akaashi has one of those travel hand sanitizer things on his backpack
kuroo knows all about animal crossing new horizons unwillingly
kenma has the comfiest wardrobe out of everyone at nekoma and whenever kuroo comes over, he tries to come up with a reason to try to fit into kenma’s comfy pj pants
yamamoto tells “deez nuts” jokes constantly
lev falls for EVERY “deez nuts” joke yamamoto says
that’s all i got right now!! i thought i was only gonna have 1 but then more kept coming oops 😅
Laney! I love all of these so much. They're so on point, I was laughing as I read them this morning before work!
I love the thought of Iwa having extra water and other goodies in his bag just in case his friends need them. He's such a softie on the inside, we all know it! And I can so picture Suga with his band aids perfectly. Extra points if they have characters on them, like Hello Kitty or something. Both of them are so nurturing. I love that.
The last person who should be doing chug contests is Hinata. He has enough bathroom issues already, but I just know he doesn't think about that as he's guzzling down water while glaring at Kageyama who's doing the same thing.
idk why but I'm obsessed with Akaashi and his travel sanitizer. I really appreciated that one. I'm thankful your brain thought of that. I wonder if it's regular sanitizer of if it has some weird scent like "ocean kiss" or "sweet plum."
You are right on the nose with Tanaka. I love the idea of him knowing how to sew. Even though nobody really knows about it, I don't think he'd actually be embarrassed if anyone found out. He'd play it off like... of course he knows, it's everyone else that's weird for NOT knowing.

Ushiwaka..omg. I never want to take this guy shopping if he's going to be so indecisive. Just holding up two nearly identical products and not being able to JUST PICK ONE. That's so funny to me
Poor Kenma is stuck with all these wild Nekoma boys. Everyday he's complaining about how Kuroo keeps stretching out all his clothes, like seriously, go buy your own. And Lev, for everyone's sake, please stop being so gullible!
