I always really liked Riku's battle with darkness and to an extent, Ansem.

So I dunno, I guess I was with Riku when he said: "you know, I think I'm gonna miss you."

Ansem as a manifestation of Riku's own doubts about himself was a really interesting thing that the series did, and I was sad to see him go in the end. But hey, everyone has to grow and move on after a point, right?

"There is more to seek..."

I'm interested to see what Nomura will do with Riku now that he's putting Ansem behind him.

You know something that really bugs me? The fact that Flynn was able to save Yori from dying with his "user powers" or whatever, but not Ram--- what the heck Flynn, you've been on this journey with Ram for longer, why not save him??

Oh, but I'm just bitter because I liked Ram a lot.

I really like how the colors turned out on this! I didn't draw the helmets because helmets are my nemesis and also because, if you've seen the behind-the-scenes photos from this movie, we were robbed, all the leads have gorgeous hair!

So I drew them with hair. Sue me.

I also improvised the circuitry lines a bit because they had WAY more lines in this movie than the suits did in Legacy and I'm not dedicated enough to memorize their placement, haha

I wish the trio went to the Beauty and the Beast world even though it wouldn't make sense.

Terra would have totally shown up to the world during 'Kill the Beast' and would've been like "Say less. I'm on it."

I attended a lecture not too long ago from a well-known animator, who talked about the technique of "digitizing humans" for animation back in the 70s.

Well, that wasn't quite what they did in the original Tron, but the comparison was too amusing to ignore. So, whilst listening to the lecture, I sketched Flynn trying to explain the concept to Tron.

Just something fun I thought I'd share.

My roommate, in her infinite wisdom, commented a few weeks ago that I had begun to say "man" more often after watching Tron.

Later, while driving home from work, bitterly thinking about her comment, I wondered:

"Does CLU sometimes talk like Flynn by accident and get mad about it?"

And that's the explanation behind this comic. I hope you enjoy it, man.

Some people once told me I was "boring" for saying that Luke Skywalker is my favorite Star Wars character.

But idc this drawing I did of him is very pretty, and he is very pretty and I am very pretty? So I'm posting it +*+*+

Ughhh "Binary Sunset" gives me so much feels, it's one of the grandest pieces of music out there, so this drawing has a lot of good meaning to me *+*+*

Back on my Tron nonsense, this time in my regular art style

Don't get me wrong, those no-lineart paintings were fun and all, but this is much more comfortable for me!

I saw this pose on Pinterest and thought: "Oooh! What a good Sam and Quorra drawing that would make!"

Because I do like other characters in this franchise, not just Tron, honest!

though he is my favorite I love him a lot ;-;

It's funny--- seeing the ads for Tron: Legacy as a kid, I thought Quorra was gonna be a character I'd hate. She looked like your typical "I'm not like other girls" female lead in an action movie. But I ended up really loving her in the movie! She was wide-eyed and curious, but also competent and determined! She's so precious!

I'll definitely have to do more drawings of her sometime.

Lord of the Rings is one of those movie series that I personally think everyone should see.

I've never seen a grander set of films in my life. I've never seen a series of movies more benefitting being seen on a movie screen rather than just at home.

...That doesn't mean they're my favorite movies, but they're for sure high up on my list. I've even started reading the books!

I did this painting/drawing of Frodo during an English class. I had been doing a lot of digital paintings based on photos around that time to help improve my coloring in my digital artwork.

I'm really proud of how it turned out!
