Can you manipulate outcomes in experience?
by Being_is_IT on Twitter
Q: Is there any way to manipulate these energetic impression and change the experience, or experience them differently?
A: Here is the subtlety: The Mind assumes that it is the character 'you' in the storyline that manipulated your story and changed the outcome. But, such manipulation and changes are exactly part of the storyline of the experience. 'Manipulation' and 'changes' made by a 'you' is a typical illusion.
Actually, all energetic impressions are entirely automatically presented by Infinite Radiant Energy, not actually manipulative or controllable by a character 'you' in the storyline. The so-called 'you' is itself a story in the storyline. However, the Mind interprets that there is a controlling agent called 'you' in experience. But this controlling agent called 'you' is itself an illusory assumption.
For example, in a movie projected on the screen, the hero seemed to have successfully won the battle against his enemies. Now, please look again! Is there actually a so-called 'hero' in the screen? Is there actually a story going on in the screen? Are there actually enemies in the screen? So, don't be fooled by the logical narrative in the storyline. The so-called 'hero', 'you', 'your enemies', 'changes', 'manipulations', 'outcomes', 'success' or 'failure' are simply narratives in a storyline, not actually anything like that is going on.
Going back to your question, I don't deny the obvious feeling that 'you changed your outcome via your effort'. But don't take such narrative seriously just like you don't take the narrative in a dream seriously.

You can really tell who’s never experienced poverty and food insecurity when it comes to discussions around food costs and how unhealthy food is cheaper. Some fucker always comes in with the price of like… lettuce or… apples. And it’s like yeah bitch but can you work an 11 hour shift after eating some salad and an apple!?! Find me something cheaper, and more filling than the broke ass staples of boxed mac and cheese, hot dogs, noodles, bread, beans, and rice. I’ll wait.
It also ignores the mental toll that poverty takes like maybe your home made veggie filled recipe isn’t crazy expensive but it also involves prep time and cooking time and organization in terms of fresh food that a lotta poor people can’t manage.
Not to mention if you can only afford to get to the store once every couple weeks via bus or cab then you can’t keep fresh veg on deck.
But ya know.. poor people are just dumb and lazy.
i guess i’m back here
i will say that this coronavirus scare has definitely revealed that minimum-wage service workers are absolutely instrumental for society to function… all the hoity-toity business meetings can be cancelled, the NBA can be cancelled, public schools and colleges can be cancelled, government meetings can be cancelled, but the checkout line at the grocery store can’t be cancelled… in a perfect world i’d hope that this was a bellwether for better treatment of workers like me but i know we’ll just continue to get paid min wage with no rewards or thank-yous from the world during this time lolololol
Darling, forever is a long, long time, and time has a way of changing things.
This movie broke me.
Knowing how to be solitary is central to the art of loving. When we can be alone, we can be with others without using them as a means of escape.

The real glo up is when you stop waiting to turn into some perfect hypothetical version of yourself and consciously enjoy being who you are in the present moment.
In the end you can’t always choose what to keep. You can only choose how you let it go.

LISTEN TO BOB ROSS.
Bob Ross was paid $0 to make his series. He made a living giving lessons IRL and later selling his own line of paints and brushes.
I apologize for not reblogging him as much but everyone needs this on their dash daily. Seriously everyone needs this on their blog or wherever. Do they rerun this anymore or no?
Words of wisdom!
