I’ve been thinking about it and I think in regards to genshin I think I’m gonna just gonna have katalina from gbf canon and just treat teyvat as another island. I can’t choose between her having cryo or hydro. Just think her as a travelling knight.

This... was not her place to tread. It was simple statement, a fact that the azure knight knew. That despite the actions of the once supreme primarch had sent ripples within the skydom the primal himself would have never been anyone that concerned herself with more than just maintaining an active eye one. That was how it would have been with any other that was first added to their ranks of the Grandcypher. And yet there was an itch to act. The temptation to say something, do something.

The irony of it all was not lost on her.

For Katalina, a woman that had such difficulty to speaking of the truth of what she had done in the past six years to the one person that she had let fester away in a gilded cage to want to for someone else to speak of their past mistakes? It was hypocritical, driven by both selfish and selfless desires. Those thoughts swam within her mind relentlessly every time that she so much as looked at him. They flooded her mind even now as her crimson gaze fell upon him now.

“Lucifer.” With a practiced stoicism Katalina canted her head. She had been nothing but professional, her own personal feelings towards the other never surfacing. She would prefer it to remain that way. “You wished to speak with me?”

the inability to be satisfied with the present|||

you're unhappy with the life you're living right now, so you're always looking ahead or behind of you. the past seems so much sweeter after years of nostalgia has eroded your brain. you long for it back, even if it was full of awful experiences, because you feel like anything is better than this. and to you, the future is something you hold onto with great desperation. it's what drives you to get up and get through the day. but you've done this for so long, and now you've settled into a pattern. you wake up and already wish for another day. then, when the day is over, you wish for it back. there's nothing inherently wrong with looking towards the future or reflecting on the past. however, it's now preventing you from even seeing the point in existing today. let yourself live and experience things firsthand. let go of those memories and desires, even if it's just for a small minute or two.

with time, you might start to see the beauty in the present. don't you want to live in the moment for a change?

wouldn't it be nice to feel like you have enough where you are, right now?
