I don’t know the source but amazing advice.
I don’t usually make end date goals, but I have my cousin’s wedding in April & I figure that’s a great distance to kinda compare stuff. Logged my measurements & excited to go dress shopping the week before!
Great day today, working on foam rolling & stretching now. First time I ever used the tag bodybuilding on Instagram, but since everything I do has a goal and a target to shape my body, I think that’s okay, yeah? :D
Workout this morning, felt stronger than expected but burnt out fast. Went home early with a migraine (yay scent sensitivity) & rested, now I’m making dinner & it’s about to be liiiiiiit 😍💕🙌🏻🔥

Post workout meal 😋 Waiting for chicken to thaw, gonna tackle some chores & a bath. Workout was really good, even though I’ve never targeted delts & haven’t been doing upper body. My split right now? Leg day, then upper body day. If I skip the day after leg day, the next day is leg day again. Upper body is filler, just for fun, but not my current focus. I know how my body works and right now my strength & numbers are low enough I get a bit of upper on lower body days. I’ll regroup in a month or so & rework my routines as I need to :D
