“You were under the sun too long.” And just like that Ash figured it out, what the thing was— what Eiji was looking so intently for and chasing down by drawing shapeless lines on his skin. There were his freckles.

“Onii-chan.” Ash complained and joked. “You liar. You said you could take it off.” Eiji laughed wholeheartly and they finally got something to eat. And some ice-cream too.
