99 calorie stir fry 🥦🥕
½ carrot - 12 cal
½ zucchini - 17 cal
¼ cup broccoli (cut up small) - 13 cal
1 medium mushroom - 10 cal
½ stick celery - 5 cal
1 clove garlic - 4 cal
2 tbsp soy sauce - 18 cal
1 tsp brown sugar or honey - 16 cal
¼ tsp (a couple drops) vinegar - 0 cal
2 tsp sriracha (optional) - 12 cal
Pepper to taste - 0 cal
Start by frying the celery, carrot and broccoli. Add half the soy sauce and a couple tablespoons of water because there’s no oil. Also this will help them soften.
Add pepper and any other spices you want (coriander seeds, nutmeg etc).
Once the vegetables have softened a little, add the zucchini, mushroom, garlic, vinegar, sriracha, sugar, and the rest of the soy.
Cook until softened, adding more water if needed to stop it burning.
That’s it! Serve it hot and enjoy x
Optional additions:
½ bell pepper - 10 cal (total 109)
1 tsp grated ginger - 3 cal (total 102)
2 tsp hoi sin sauce - 13 cal (total 112)
¼ cup cooked rice - 50 cal (total 149)
2 lettuce leaves (to have it like san choy bao) - 10 cal (total 109)
This recipe makes quite a lot of food but is low cal so it tricks your brain that you’re full, and other people think you’re eating enough!

caramel ice cream - 34
as requested - ice cream!! this was actually requested so long. and its inspired me to work with aquafaba, that stuff is bomb.
so of course you can make this any flavor you like. just know that the caramel syrup worked REALLY REALLY well with the bean flavor of the aquafaba. they combined to taste just like real caramel!
aquafaba from 1 can of chickpeas (¾ cup) - 32
1 tsp cream of tartar - 8
¾ cup lite coconut milk - 120
2 pumps sugar free starbucks cinnamon dolce syrup - 0
stevia or other zero calorie sugar to taste - 0
2 tsp vanilla extract - 12
with an electric mixer, combine the aquafaba and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form (like egg whites!) gently mix in some sugar, you dont need much maybe a couple tablespoons. combine the remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl and, GENTLY, GENTLY, BY HAND stir into the aquafaba. if you overmix it will deflate and freeze funny. pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 4-5 hours.
this makes 5 servings! i dont even like sweets but i love this! enjoy <3
Banana Protein Muffins
12 muffins | 41 cal per muffin
Ingredients
1 small ripe banana - 90
6 tbsp plain light & fit Greek yogurt - 40
1/2c unsweetened applesauce - 50
6 egg whites - 102
3/4 cup ap or banana flour - 290
2 scoops of quest vanilla protein powder (I use whey protein) - 220
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: walnuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Add the banana and Greek yogurt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in the egg whites, flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon until just mixed.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin tin.
I made 14 muffins which is an awkward amount of muffins to make so if you prefer, you can make them a bit larger and just make a dozen. That’ll only add about 10 calories to each muffin, so no big deal.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Mine took 12 minutes exactly.

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.
This WHOLE pot is just over 300 cals 😍 I rarely eat even half at once unless I’ve just had a decent workout. Very filling and healthy
Okay this is SUPER easy to make!
1 cup couscous
1 cup water
1 tbsp smart balance original
1 package frozen mixed veggies
Veggie bullion to taste
Salt n pepper to taste
Cook and mix all together
That’s it!!
Easily Paleo-ified with some tweaks to the stir-fry sauce.

80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~✨💛
Y’all ain’t even READY FOR THIS….
Here’s the ingredients:
¼ tsp baking powder - 0cal
¼ tsp salt - 0cal
2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)
3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)
A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal
1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal
^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, it’s 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOW💕)
Directions:
Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesn’t really matter the size.
Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.
Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.
Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes don’t get stuck to the pan.
Put some batter in the pan and YOU’RE COOKING, BABY
With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so don’t fear 🙌
Once you’ve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~
Finished product:
THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! ✨💕

No offense…: but you’re doing this for YOU. And you know when you sneak an extra serving without tracking the calories. Or put in half the the effort to your workout. You know when you cheat yourself and you can see the results all over your stomach, thighs, calves, arms, and back. You get what you put in. Put in the effort to take the stairs each time, leave the last few bites on your plate, drink the extra glasses of water. Simple. This is for you. Don’t cheat yourself.
