Time Lapse [Mini Event - Regressed]

It would have been clear, or at least somewhat, from the small Alicorn’s cutie mark and familiar regalia she wore who this was, yet Celestia in her regressed form had no idea who the human before her was. With a vaguely concerned look the filly glanced upward toward the girl.
“You’re one of the…humans, was it?” The princess tilted her head toward one side slightly. “I have seen such strange things in today alone.” She referred to the convulsion of time being displayed across the city. “Do you have any idea what is happening? Maybe I could help in some way…”
After so long, this city’s shenanigans have gotten on Sunset’s nerves to the point that instead of thinking the time malfunctions were alarming, they were just outright irritating. She only takes a moment to shoot brief questioning looks at the people in slow motion before continuing on, shaking her head in annoyance. At least this time thing seemingly did not have an affect on her which meant that she can go on with her day.
Sunset was about to walk right past if not for the small voice that stopped her in her tracks. Looking down to see who was below, eyes are widened to find a sight she thought she’d never see. Sunset blinked at the little filly. Many, many times. In awe and speechless. Staring until she catches that she’s probably been staring for much too long.
“Uh, hey.” Such a good start, Sunset. “Yeah, I am. And you’re a filly.” Sunset would go on and complete the sentence with alicorn if they’re breathe wasn’t caught. Cause this was obviously Princess Celestia from the cutie mark and that a part of her mind was thinking this was amusing. Two very alarming facts.
A cough as she clears her throat and thoughts. “I’m not exactly sure. Still trying to figure it out completely. Though it’s obviously a problem with the matter of time.” She almost wanted to say ‘oh this is normal stuff that happens from time to time’.
