This week, Trump saw small bumps in battleground states like New Hampshire, Ohio and Florida which could be giving the candidate a boost of self-assurance — but doe sit foretell a victory? Trump could do it under certain circumstances.

I loathe that this makes me worry. The possibility of this illiterate fucking sociopath and Mike Pence possibly having a say on my existence as a Puerto Rican woman in this country really makes me worry. I’ve voted since I could. Every time I could, I did. No good could come out of a GOP era right now. That party has sentiments and priorities that are obsolete and backwards. They weren’t always like that. But in 2016, they’re too eager to control the bodies and citizenship of Americans and set us back. They’re too eager to help those that need it the least. They’re too eager to cut funds towards communities of the underprivileged. They don’t believe that we should be taking action towards new energy alternatives. They don’t believe in teaching evolution. They don’t believe in teaching you the whole picture when it comes to history, either. And THEN to toss Donald Trump into this toxic mix.

What I loathe most of all is the absurdity of it all.
