Questions for everyone..
What makes you lose your motivation?
Is it that you have no support system? Do you just simply give up easily? Is there too much negativity in your life?
I go through lack of motivation all the time. I'm curious to know what it is you guys go through and what makes you guys just want to say "screw it."
Then, what is it that brings the motivation back?
Consistency is key.
I'll make this short and sweet, and blunt. Consistency is key. It's not a secret, it's common sense. If you want to lose weight, or tone up, whatever life changes it is that you want to do, you need to stay consistent or you will only fail.
If you're not on your game, giving it all you have, you won't get anywhere. Stop slacking, stop being lazy, stop making excuses or putting it off until later (yeah, right. Like it actually ends up getting done later) and get out there to better yourself and your life. No one is going to make the change for you, only you can do it.
You got this.
Do it.
(This was a little pep talk for me and anyone else who needed to hear this. We only have one life to live. Make it count and be the best you possible.)
