💛💌 introduction 💌💛

Hi! This is I’m introduce I’ve never done one of these before so I didn’t really know what to do. But starting off , hi my name is Sceney! My pronouns are she/her and I am a Askeladd from Vinland Saga yume! Me and Askeladd have been married for the past year and a half. I am very aware of the fact that Askeladd is a fictional character and even though he isn’t real my love for him very much is. I am a non shipping Yume so if I see anyone that Yumes him as well I just block them because I just don’t feel comfortable. Now some things about me!

~ I have been diagnosed with quite a few things those being, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Pmdd and POTS~

~ my anxiety has always been very severe but in the last year I’ve been able to finally do a lot of thing my anxiety has been holding me back from doing and I am very proud of myself ~

~ I’ve shipped myself with fictional characters for the past 10 years and I didn’t know of the term Yume shipper till two months ago it makes me happy that there’s a lot of other people out there that are similar to me ~

~The first character I shipped myself with was Tank Dempsey from call of duty zombies ~

~ my favorite thing I’ve read and watched is Vinland Saga and I’m devastated but atleast we still have the third season to look forward to ~

~ Askeladd surprisingly enough Is not my favorite Vinland saga character my favorite is Thorfinn~

~ I have 5 Vinland saga autographs and I got them much faster then I thought I was going to be able too ~

~ I have one from Kirk Thornton ( Askeladd ), one from Griffin Burns ( Canute ), Aleks Le ( Thorfinn), Alejandro Saab ( Einar ) and Keith Siverstein ( Floki) ~

~ as you can see I watched the Netflix dub and it’s the dub I much prefer I hope to get more autos sometime soon and although I have all their autographs I sadly haven’t met any of them I have a friend that works at cons and got them signed for me, although the next ones I get I hope to get in person ~

~Some of my other favorite animes are Hunter X Hunter, Link Click, JOJO’S, Jujutsu kaisen, Toyko revengers, Demon Slayer and many others ~

~I’ve watched anime for the past 6 years~

~ I am obsessed with Stardew Valley right now and wish there was a mod to add Askeladd as one of the villagers even though I couldn’t even play it if there was since I play on Nintendo ~

~ I love to collect photocards, figures, manga and bag clips ~

My fav types of figures are look up figures and nendoroids ~

~ my current nendoroid count is 62~

This a crazy confession but when I first watched the second opening “ Dark Crow.“ An it shows the part where Askeladd swoops his cape and gets out his sword while kicking up the snow, I genuinely did not notice his sword. The reason I didn’t notice was because I was so sidetracked on how hot I thought Askeladd looked at the moment. I genuinely somehow thought he kicked up the snow to look cool an intimidating. To give myself some grace I hadn’t gotten to the point where Askeladd actually does that but how did I get to that conclusion?

🦉Askeladd has a tough time sleeping at night, and although he wouldn’t say it in front of anyone he does really appreciate holding you at night🦉

🦉 Askeladd is the big spoon mainly because of him liking to hold you 🦉

🦉Askeladd’s a very emotionally strong man and is good at hiding his feelings but when it’s nighttime he’s a true softie 🦉

🦉 similar to Thorfinn, Askeladd has night terrors. Not to the same extent as Thorfinn where he screams in his sleep and wakes up scared but they certainly frighten him 🦉

🦉Askeladd’s night terrors are usually about his father Olaf , his mother Lydia or about his past actions🦉

🦉 Over time you have come to expect feeling or hearing Askeladd wake up. sometimes you will make him something warm to drink or you will just put his head in your chest so he can listen to your heartbeat🦉

🦉 At first Askeladd felt embarrassed about his dreams saying, “ Someone like me shouldn’t be so shaken by some dream.” 🦉

🦉 Askeladd saw himself as weak for being effected by his dreams until you started comforting him 🦉

🦉The dreams that are by far the worst are when you leave him or something happens to you, it makes him terrified 🦉

🦉 You bring him back to reality and help him calm down and over time his nightmares become less and less frequent 🦉

I’ve been watching Game of Thrones for the first time, and all I have to say is if there ever is Vinland Saga Live Action Iain Glen would be the prefect Askeladd.

How Askeladd, Bjorn and Snake would deal with a Yandere Reader

Tw : threats, stalking, talks of obsession and harming someone !!!! usage of she/her pronouns 

Askeladd can look at some one and tell what their true intentions are and you weren’t very hard to read. Askeladd would be casually talking to the ladies of the village and then the next day they would all run away when he showed up. You would start offering to do little tasks for him sharping his sword, refilling his horn, bring him his food anything he needed you would do.

To him you were just adorable, you listened to everything he told you and sometimes you even disagree with him. You were the perfect tool, but eventually you realized that yourself and it pissed you off.

One night you went into his chambers and put a knife to his heart and told him.

“ I’m not going to just want you use me. I want you to open up your heart to me, if you can’t do that then I don’t need you either.”

Askeladd was certainly interested in you now, it wasn’t every day someone went against him and he liked that. It would be easy to get you fall back in line but he wanted to give you a chance this once to be in control.

You were a recent addition to the crew and you were certainly a skilled fighter. Bjorn couldn’t recall any time before when he met such a skilled female fighter and definitely impressed him. At the same time he felt himself getting jealous, you were getting all the praise from Askeladd now. Usually it was Thorfinn or Bjorn, obviously Bjorn didn’t care when it was Thorfinn that almost felt like an inside joke most of the time, but when it was you it annoyed him.

You were absolutely stunning when you fought, Bjorn couldn’t live up to your talents. Atleast without going berserk. Although every time Bjorn would get wounded you would tend to his wounds, and you looked at him with this look in your eyes one he couldn’t read. You would touch his long, dark, brown hair with his evil look in your eyes or atleast in his eyes it looked that way.

So of course Bjorn told Askeladd, he told him that you were coming after him and probably planing to kill him.

“ I tell you Askeladd, Y/n is plotting against me! Probably you too since she likes to impress you so much!”

Bjorn yelled in fear before Askeladd shushed him.

“ She’s not trying to impress me Bjorn and she’s not trying to kill you. Believe me it’s pretty obvious that isn’t the case.”

Askeladd said smirking. Bjorn sighed, he couldn’t believe Askeladd couldn’t see it. What Bjorn couldn’t see was that you were trying to impress him. The spin attack you would do on any one attacking him, were to impress him not steal his kills. Every time you ran your hands through his hair you would cut a little of it off and keep it in a small box. Bjorn wouldn’t find that out, not yet atleast he was to oblivious.

You completely went against everything Snake told you to do, he thought you didn’t like him for some reason. Maybe it was because of his cold exterior? That wasn’t the case, you were just trying to get a rise out of him. He was handsome when you got mad atleast in your eyes.

Making him mad was your way of getting him to notice you. He didn’t always notice it but you were always watching him m wondering what his next move would be. You were to scared to go up and talk to him. What if you didn’t like you? What if you thought you were weird?

One day you over heard Fox and Badger talking about you and of course you had to listen in.

“ She’s just always doing something to sabotage us ! “

“ She’s doing it on purpose, especially when she does it when Ketil’s around. I just don’t know why Snake thinks we should just bare with her.”

Of course they thought something was wrong with you! Although in your eyes it sounded like Snake was on your side, so you conjured up a great idea. Why not get rid of this problem for Snake?

Snake has never seen a woman harm one of his men.W he strolled across Badger laying in the grass holding onto his side and Fox trying his best to get the sword out of you hands, he didn’t know what to think. What was he supposed to do? In this situation he usually just killed the person, but you were a woman he wasn’t supposed to hurt women.

You looked towards Snake and let go of Fox and skipped up happily to Snake. You grabbed onto his arm and looked lovingly up at him.

“ Fox and Badger were talking rudely about me, so I decided to give them something to talk about.”

You said, Snake looked at you confused and slightly worried. He didn’t want to piss you off that’s for sure. This would be a hard situation to de-escalate.
