i'm being an astrology nerd about this
this was a small sample size so it doesn't mean all that much but it's fun to theorise!
if you look at this in terms of the planetary days, it makes a lot of sense!
FRIDAY - VENUS - The planet of love, creativity, and connection. It makes a lot of sense that the best time to share a creative work with a community is on this day, especially as fics often have romantic elements to them.
MONDAY - MOON - Emotion, self care, chilling. Fanworks are so often an escape from reality, they're fun and cathartic, and so often a study of emotions that aren't seen as much in the original media.
WEDNESDAY - MERCURY - The planet of writing, communicating, neighbourhoods! Mercury encourages you to express yourself, and think a little.
SATURDAY - SATURN - This might be a little more surprising, given that Saturn is much more disciplined. But reading and writing lengthy works takes a lot of discipline and perseverance, I think. Things that are fun can also be hard work.
THURSDAY - JUPITER - I think this is probably the most surprising. Jupiter is about expansion, learning, growth, indulgence. I would have thought it would be higher. Maybe this is a better day for writing rather than reading and posting.
SUNDAY - SUN - Individuality! It makes sense that this got fewer votes. Maybe people tend to be more focused on themselves on this day.
TUESDAY - MARS - I love that Venus and Mars were at the top and bottom here respectively; true to their opposite natures. Mars is inflammatory, antagonistic, and physical. I totally get why this is at the bottom.
It would be interesting to see which way this poll had gone with more votes!
