Almost 11 months. It feels unreal at times. But I’m doing so much better. I’ve been working out and running.

I’ve gotten sorta buff and I love it!!

So I’ve stoped my adhd meds that I’ve been on since I was like 8ish. This is hard. I don’t know how to function without my meds. But for me to be able to do what I want to do Im not able to be on my meds.

Not taking meds is messing with everything else. I’ve been doing well with not cutting but now… I really want to.

But I know I need to stop of if I want to do that job.
