These tips are great. I found that the more I relaxed and engaged in activities outside of school, the better I did in school. 1 hour of high quality study time beats 3 hours of low quality study time.

After studying all day you just start feeling like a stinky gremlin and the only thing you remember is how much you need to shower and anxiety.
