I mean crap, I’d be happy with a short story in an anthology, a Black Llibrary celebration story, just give us something, you know? You can’t just drop the story of a burning library on us like that and not follow through!

It is inevitable that Guilliman and Lion will meet one day, isn't it? They will reunite (and maybe even hug!) and it will be great! But "that is too happy for Warhammer" someone says, that would tip the scales too much in favor of the Imperium, they say...

Well, what would be the perfect way to balance it out? To show two traitors also reuniting, of course! Now, some of the traitors probably hate each other, but do we have two who could still be friends in 40k? Magnus and Perturabo, of course!

Magnus has already established a foothold in realspace with his new Kingdom (and he might need help defending it) while Perturabo wants to invade and take territory from the Imperium. They can be allies! Magnus can create portals to help the Iron Warriors get out of the Eye of Terror!

Come on, Black Library, please let them meet again! I will be happy with anything, even a flashback or a memory of the distant past... The two nerds are just so good together.

There are still gaps in my Warhammer knowledge. For reasons, I need to know more about Ogryns:

Did they already exist in the Imperium in 30k? Like, could you find a group of them on any large ship, doing heavy lifting and stuff?

How tall are they exactly? (compared to a space marine)

Um... Are they intelligent enough to consent?

If I were to write ogryn x primarch, or ogryn!reader x primarch, would anyone want that?

I bet Barban Falk is secretly being seen as both The Man and really really creepy cause his empathic abilities are strong enough to keep up with the Primarchs ever worsening mental state (til Siege of Terra apparently)

And any idols of the Iron Warriors are hardly ever expressed to be that and even then the fangirling is brutally surpressed and denied within. Forrix will go millennia whilst being surrounded by colleagues who want to one up him only to have thousands of IW in lower positions secretly fanboying whenever he put yet another successful mission on his mostly flawless resume. He's the sergeants ideal to strive to, but Forrix rarely sees any sergeants apart from those of his own Great Battalion. Forrix has the common IW flaws making him compensate by faith in Perturabo and acting more like a yes sayer towards the bitter end of the Heresy.

Falk is just such an odd Iron Warrior is what I wanted to say by this. I feared that some opinions bout him that he's generic were right, and I couldn't disagree more. If anything, Forrix is playing the generic Iron Warrior, though what makes him interesting is his internal struggle of autonomy vs. your genesires orders and losing a battle cause it's not worth vs winning for every price.
