Can't breathe nose stuffed up. >.<
3am in the morning, and I am still wide awake. Despite feeling like I'm sleep deprived. ADHD brain its bedtime. DX
Maybe I should start a late night podcast for nights I can't sleep.
My husband is always putting the groceries in the wrong spot, frozen in the fridge, fridge in the freezer. But last night he tried, he put the Pillsbury cookies in the fridge... except they were the soft baked ones from the cookie isle XD
Being nerodivergent can be hard, especially when your spouse is also on that spectrum. Right now he's overestimated and I'm underestimated. No cuddles today T^T
Alone in the bedroom with youtube for me lol
Heavy rain = not being able to wake up.
My husband just sneezed, I was at the cusp of sleep and he scared the ever loving crap out of me. I looked like one of those cats that just noticed a cucumber.
My husband fell asleep early tonight, I was making cookies so when I came in to find him asleep I was surprised. He woke up while I was rearranging my pillows, consumed two cookies from my plate, and fell back asleep....
My tablet is dead...
@^@ heres to hoping the hubby can fix it or I can get a replacement soon.
Last night I laid down in bed and my husband sat up quickly and indignantly asked me "Whydya do that?!"
"Do what?" I asked.
He looked at me, confused and laid back down. "I don't know I was asleep."
XD
Tell me you have adhd without telling me you have adhd.
Me: "I haven't eaten today."
Husband: "What?"
Me: "Okay I had some popcorn and a bagle this morning." *opens microwave*
Me: "Hey I left the popcorn in the microwave never mind I just had a bagle."
Husband:
Me: "I wanna play a challenging game."
Husband: "Skyrim hard-core. You die thats it start over from the begining."
Me: "No I wouldn't make that past Eldwin, in the opening scene."
Husband: "Who? Do you mean Alduin?"
Me: "Shut up I can video game."
Got a dryer today and got it in the house all on my own. I didn't need my husband or my dad...
Now I just need to find them to figure out how to hook this blasted thing up.
Attempting to sleep while my husband is getting ready to go to work is like trying to sleep with the bathroom door open shining dull morning light in your face, and someone jumping quietly on the bed while looking for their earbids with their phone flashlight acting like they haven't been doing this for 20min and you're still asleep.
They finally go to work and you pass back out, rise with your bodies demands, then they ask why your still in bed after 10am like they didn't wake you before the sun was fully up for a full hour asking where their belt was.
A door thats an a - hole
Me: *Makes wonderful cup of coffee*
Office Door: "You must make a sacrifice to enter."
Me: "What? Just open!" *knocks perfect coffee over*
Office Door: "The conditions have been met, you may enter."
Too early on Sunday morning.
Me: *waking up on couch*
Husband: I made you some coffee.
Me: oh thank you baby! *takes coffee and stares the firey pits of hades down as the cup singes the skin from my bone*
Husband: I warmed it up a little.
As an individual with adhd, I often deal with sensory issues. One of the ways I combat this is with hair dryers. The sound of the motor going, and the feeling of warm air, are all super soothing to me. It helps me destress, concentrate, and reduce sensory overload.
