If you're not actually fat don't call yourself fat. Fatness isn't a feeling, and when you, someone who is thin, constantly complain about how "fat" you are or how you "feel fat", it really shows the people you know who are actually fat how you truly feel about their bodies.

It's rooted in fatphobia.
