Now getting to the important part, the reason this blog exists in the first place. The reason is - I'm nuts! I'm nuts, and I wanna share my thoughts on it.

Okay, okay, with enough jokes around, this blog I'll post and reblog stuff regarding BPD and AvPD and also mental health stuff generally. I'll try not to word vomit all my thoughts, but if there's a thought that needs to be said, this is where it'll be!

I'm happy to meet any others struggling with their mental health. I hope I can find some cool people to check up on them and them on me, or even sharing each other's memes.

Though reaching out in this situation is hard, so I don't expect people to jump on it. Can take your time, the post will stay.

Social media is both a lifesaver and a life wrecker. It's good to find community and interact, but some stuff I see... Yeah. Especially detrimental when you're already emotionally unstable.

The alien feeling, all the time

Trying to heal is so hard when your brain is actively working against you. Like I'm medicated and waiting to get a therapist, I'm trying not to be toxic, to communicate, etc.

And yet, I still can't really trust. I still get the urge to delete every sign I ever existed online and drop all my friends and vanish. I still get the urge to do something that will ruin my life, and despite everything, I'm still not sure if I'll get a "happy ending".

When I try my best to recover, to do better, then your mood changes and your brain tells you "just disappear off the face of the earth".

"Just ghost everyone."

"Just run away and don't turn back."

"You don't deserve support anyway."

So on, so forth. Sometimes I wonder who I really am beyond my mental illness. It's so hard to see that, I'm just enveloped in it. Who would I really be if I healed? And why is that so scary?

Sigh... I know all of this is part of being mentally ill, but when you're trying to heal, it doesn't help that your brain is suddenly like "What if you destroyed everything you did so far". Yeap.

Anyway, that was a whole lot of yapping.
