It's been awhile since my last post, but over the Christmas holidays I went to the winter vegfest at the Waterfront Museum in Swansea Marina! Second year running I've attended this wonderful event and the stalls were fantastic! Lots of food and people to mingle with and some great alternatives to everyday items on display. Hopefully next year I'll have a stall of my own! #goals
Did I mention there was a Nespresso? Of course I tucked in straight away with an Apple Strudel coconut milk cappuccino-- garnished with cinnamon. I love this machine! ☕️🎄🎉
Dog sitting at Inca's house over Christmas, got to work on a crazy difficult 1500 piece Jigsaw, and had a few bottles of wine in the process. Also listened to a couple Christmas songs-- but mostly Beyoncé. Not a bad way to spend the holiday if I do say so myself.
Diego received his Christmas gifts and he was super thrilled though he's not to thrilled about the jingle bell collar. I think he looks rather dashing however.

Big ass half-gallon of water jug, BPA Free and made by the gym junky! Did you know this is the minimum daily intake of water for women? It is recommended that Men require twice as much on a daily basis! 💦 Hydrating this way is definitely one of my personal struggles 😝😜🙄
