a concept I really like for bloodymary is that they both have horrible night terrors, and neither knows how to comfort the other

Grace is having a night terror? Simon's like, "I should make sure he doesn't hurt himself" and tries to pin him in place so he stops thrashing, meanwhile in the dream Grace is reliving being tackled and drugged and now he can't move.

Simon's having a night terror? Grace's like, "I should give him some space because he told me how suffocating that sub was" and just anxiously waits for Simon to wake up, meanwhile in the dream Simon is reliving the Iron lung and how he couldn't feel anything except for the blood and the metal and the clothes on his back and he needs to feel a person.
